Broken shower at water heater, sink design at the entrance door, no extra parking area and have to find parking at the remote area nearby.

Room is clean, friendly staff, one horsepower air cond fits for small room, wifi have strong connection, water heater heating mechanism was acceptable, water quality seems clean. Odor of room was acceptable.

The room is not soundproof; I woke up in the middle of the night because I heard kids running at 1 AM. The room is also very close to the sofa, where privacy is somewhat disturbed because people sitting on the sofa can directly see into the room. The walls of the room have stain marks, which are unpleasant to look at.

The house is located near a restaurant, a hospital, and a 7-Eleven store.

Wifi was there in the common room but it was horrible. Very very slow and it kept getting disconnected every minute. Also the locks were very old in the rooms. The guest beside my room was locked out because the lock was jammed and not opening with the key. Instead of compensation for the wasted time to the guest, the owner demanded that the guest pay for replacing the lock. The owner tried to make it look like it was the guest's fault. Here the guest should have been compensated because the lock were very old and she ended up wasting her time.

1) The hotel was hard to identify since we came in the night.There was no Sign Board and House No. 2) The bathroom is NOT private to each room. It's shared bathroom for about 3-4 rooms. Pls mention in the advert. 3) No toiletteries provided... suggest to provide small soap,mini tooth paste and tissue/toilet paper. 4)No other amenities such as a hairdryer and ironing board provided... Suggest to have this as sharing. 5)Room lighting could be brighter. 6)I only used aircond as the fan and ceiling was dusty. Just a little improvement on above and your place will be one of the the best in town for its price.Do understand it's a budget staying but I believe above items are not too costly to improve .

Booked it as it was close to Penang General Hospital. The place was walking distance and very convinient.There is 7Elevan,Indian and Malay restaurants and some food stalls.Good stay for backpackers and those who wish to be close to the hospital.Value for money.

In the booking mention that i will get 2 double bed. But they give me 2 single bed. After begging, they give us a queen bed with a bathroom.

booked 4 rooms and expected the whole house, room given all separate top and down. Not suitable for big family gathering. Room lighting very deem and nor bright at all. Girls to dress up very difficult and non convenient at all. The tolei some room separate and no privacy
