Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. SingaporeThe wall paintings were not suitable for my young children (3 and 6 years old) as they showed faces and skull with crossbones that made them scared. These weren't shown in the photos so we only found out about them when we arrived. Luckily we only stayed for 1 night. There was also no water dispenser so we had to buy water.
Room was clean and spacious. The toilet was clean, no sewage smell and everything was working.

United KingdomOnly 1 lift pass made trips to the pool /gym more difficult and the lifts are not labelled Tower A / B in the parking area, so the pass /security takes a few days to get right.
The swimming pool and the gym were the main attraction along with the proximity to Legoland. The pool was perfect - 1.1m deep allowed my 10 year olds to just touch the bottom, clean and open from 8am to 10pm. The apartment was big and reasonably comfortable and a small convenience store on site was useful, although you need to drive /bring food if you want to eat.

responsive and friendly host didnt need to go through a hassle to do a security deposit, which is good as we are very considerate guest/tenant who will keep the room clean and in order upon checking out very easy and straightforward to collect the keys as compared to other apartments!
