Accommodation was good. Serviced apartment was spacious with a balcony and good views. Clean apartment. Check in the midnight was smooth. Top deck night view was excellent. Security is good.

The owner(s) should change the iron board because it’s almost broken. I suggest they will provide a standing-iron-board instead of sitting-iron-board.

Staff and guards are friendly, clear instructions on how to get the keys and fast response from the owner(s). Can swim without a proper swimwear (jerseys are acceptable). Supply a lot of facilities to the guests like body shampoos, extra bed, blankets and pillows, and washing machine.

The unit is very clean. Just by the tile floor, it’s squeaky clean. It can accommodate large numbers of people. They even have two extra large mattresses that you can use. Kitchen area is complete and you can do laundry as well.

We stayed in the apartment for two nights and had an excellent experience. The communication from the admin team was outstanding. Overall, the apartment is exceptional and well-equipped with everything a family might need. However, the shower screens in the bathrooms don’t effectively prevent water from splashing near the toilet, which can create a slipping hazard. Additionally, the prayer calls from the local mosque may slightly affect sleep.

At first maybe you will be shocked a.k.a confused by the parking turns that you need to do (if you drive here).

This place is accessible to almost all the attractions nearby georgetown (including gurney bay and the area surrounds it), 20+ mins drive to queensbay mall. The house can fit up to 10 people. The kitchen is well-equipped with kettle, microwave, oven and the other utensils + washing machine is provided.

The lifts can be slow during peak hours.

We were pleasantly welcomed to a pleasantly scented and very clean home. The doorway is huge and everything was just nice and comfy. There were more than enough beds and sofa bed and thick futons for the 5 of us. I personally had very comfortable 3 nights sleep which is quite rare for me at a strange place other than my own home. Loved the amenities as well especially the well-equipped gym. And there's a Zus cafe just downstairs and a mamak place just across the road. Padang Brown Foodcourt is also very near. Would definitely recommend to friends!

Car park is at level 8. Mind that each level has 2 tiers. 1, 1A, 2, 2A etc. So it takes about 5 minutes to go up and down of the car park level

2 bedrooms apartment. Each room is equipped with 1 queen bed. Living hall is very spacious. There is 1 queen bed at the hall. And they provide 2 queen mattresses also. So in total can accommodate 10 people at a time. All furniture is from IKEA. The bed and pillow are very comfortable. Strategic location in the middle of Georgetown, near to attractive tourist spots. Easy self check in. Instructions given are very clear and easy to follow. 2 car parks provided
