Having to dispose of the rubbish at the rather dirty/ wet dumpsite which is a bit out of the way. Would've preferred the host/ cleaners do it and include it in the rate Bathroom has a small leak from upstairs which I informed the host about (he responded very quickly but I hope he fixes it soon)

The items provided are very good. Have to say they have the best towels in all homestays I've been in so far. Bed is comfortable Location wise very good, you can actually walk to the Sky Mirror beach & Malawati Hill if you want

Sinxe tge aoartment is licated at the entrance of the villa, it was very noisy in the morning as people were going to work. So, we could not sleep.

As it is an old building, some of the hardware are a bit old but the cleanliness was being kept well so no big issue.

The location is perfect where it is just 2 mins walk to a jetty where we can access to Sky Mirror Trip, Eagle Feeding, Fireflies and so on. Eateries and shop-lots are just 3 mins drive away (walkable distance but we did not walk as we have young kids and elderly with us). The building itself looks old but the home is well maintained and kept really well by the host. It is so cozy and the cleanliness is perfect. Towels and floor mat provided were white and clean (no dark/brown spot) where it was really a bonus point for me. There is also kids books and board game provided, game console and TV box. Kitchen utensil also quite complete where we manage to have a quick meal at home. One more plus point if you have elderly, it is located at Ground floor so there is no need to climb stairs. Check-in instruction was sent by Host in a very clear manner including all food recommendation. A big Big BIG thank you to host who allow us to check out 1 hour late so that my family and I managed to had a quick shower after our Sky Mirror trip.

Cozy apartment with Netflix and TV. Location is near to official jetty, but there are many boat tours so need to confirm which jetty you will be going for sky mirror. For us our jetty is at the opposite bank.

Be careful when you are at outside as there could be monkeys around.

The homestay is very near to the jetty which take us to the sky mirror, firefly and blue tears. There are few eateries nearby the homestay which is good. The homestay itself is clean and has a lot of amenities and there are also books and some toys to keep the kids entertain. Overall a good experience at the homestay and will recommend this place to others.

The accommodation did not come with washing machine and dryer, but no issues as there was a laundry shop nearby.

Location is very near to the Sky Mirror jetty and there is a mini night market around the area. Best to survey the availability and tours that they have as it might get sold out pretty quickly.

Wifi and Netflix connectivity was a little weak, would be better if this can be improved. Stayed with 6pax and most of us found the beds comfortable; however my brother was bitten badly on the legs when he woke up, which I’m not sure if it’s mosquitoes that snuck into the apartment, or bed bugs. Maybe a check would be good. Finally, the trash can was located past the kitchen to the laundry area, which was sort of hidden so took a while to find it.

Location was great - walking distance to multiple attractions and local food places. Unit is located right in front and once you leave the front door, it’s the parking spot, so very convenient for checking in and out! Netflix availability kept my parents happy too. Hair dryer was good. Coffee sachets and bottled water were also provided. Shared toilet was a little tiny but still alright - soap, shampoo and conditioner were provided so that’s a huge plus. Owner provided many recommendations and photos for smooth checkin via WhatsApp day of/before check-in, which was very useful - also very timely responses.

I really like the house.. the smells, the interior, the cleanliness, the peacefulness. They provide extra bed & pillow in each room & thus enough for us with group of 8. Everything was great! We were also been greet by a group of monkey:) But not to worry as the monkey would not disturb you. You will immediately receive the welcoming message by the host once you secure the booking & nice to know Alan. I would recommend the house to those who plan to stay over Kuala Selangor.

Noisy sound from outside people talking at midnight & water dripping sound from drainage at master room toilet from the top unit during midnight. Water pressure a bit low but still acceptable.

House is clean & tidy. Owner is friendly and welcoming and forward us all the information in advance & recommended some local foods & restaurants.
