“Overall, it was a bad experience for me to stay at this place..
I arrived at Putrajaya at 2000 on 3/9/25 and made a last minute reservation and chose this place initially...
I changed my mind and decided to stay at Putrajaya Marriott since I'm travelling alone..
I talked to the booking.com customer service and they tried to help me to cancel the reservation with full refund, however the owner refused and insist not to return back the money despite I didn't even step my foot at their property..
The TV isn't functioning, the AC in the living room wasn't cold..
I texted the owner at night regarding the TV but only got a reply on the next morning to leave the property at 1200..
The electricity was cut off from 1000 tilll the moment I leaved
There's plenty of food store in grab to buy foods...
I will not come back to stay here in the future”
