“I love what the hotel represents. I love the service and facilities. I love the friendliness and the work ethic and social skills of the staff at front desk, on phones and at breakfast. I love that the staff works fast and are always ready to attend to me. I like the hotel’s design and rooms. I love the water pressure and the vibe of the room. I was comfortable and it definitely made me feel relaxed after a long day working.”
