Sometimes, it is a bit noisy from a bar beside the hotel.

The staff is very nice. Very close to a big supermarket/mall Good restaurant. The ceviche and grilled fish were better than in another upscale restaurant. Private parking. Good breakfast.

There was some background noise in the evening - loud music in the distance - but it was a Saturday evening. It ended around midnight.

The photos on booking.com are a few years old, and the hotel is now a bit dowdy. Small bathroom with nowhere to hang towels etc.

Good value. Well situated for Tulum ruins & central nightlife. Decent food. Staff are friendly and helpful. Quiet, comfortable room with good air-conditioning. Good Wi-Fi (although you need separate sign ins for room and restaurant)

The sliding glass doors did not lock, so I rigged them with chairs and felt totally secure.

Breakfast was great and included with the room. Nice pool. Rooms were comfortable and one included a hammock. Both had working AC and hot water in the showers.

The location (right across the street from supermarket, on the way to the beach and close to many restaurants and the city center), pool, staff was nice! And ready to help with the check in late in the evening.

maybe they could improve the swimming pool, it was not really clean but anyway is just a detail because we were not there for it but for enjoying the amazing places around Tulum

good position, the hotel is very simple, we really liked the tropical vegetation all around. Nice restaurant, also very tipical. Good balcony. Good breakfast and free water all day.

Because of where it’s located, it is a decent walk from the ADO bus station if you’re coming by bus and there’s not a lot of shade along the way (taxis were way too expensive so we had to walk!)

Great location - on the main road to the beaches and some cenote (like Gran Cenote) but the rooms are tucked away that you cannot hear any traffic noise. It’s also opposite a giant supermarket, next to bike rentals and other shops/restaurants, and banks are nearby. The breakfast was great value - we could order most things off the restaurant menu as part of our included breakfast. They offered free chilled filtered water. The staff were extremely helpful with our questions - they were ready with tour offers and they organised our shuttle to the ADO bus station when we left, which promptly came on time

We had ants in our room crawling up the wall. We were only given one towel each. So when the water pressure went crazy and soaked the bathroom we didn’t have extra towels to clean it up.

Loved this place, the pool was great, the room was clean, location excellent, staff were accommodating many times letting me keep my luggage in storage. Great place for me as solo traveller. Liked the cats.

The hotel was nice with a clean pool where we could swim a bit ,the staff was very friendly there was a possibility to rent bikes .I would only suggest that with this price breakfast could be included. I would definitely return ;)

I didn't like- The sounds in the mornings of people going and coming .. but by that time i was a wake. Wifi wasn't strong enough for me (upload spead not high)

I liked Atmosphere, shower the bed and room in general, pool was nice to hang out there and absorb some sun, balcony was great to refresh..

Some noise from nearby club but it wrapped up by 1 am. We couldn’t find any washrooms outside the room unfortunately when our toilet was clogged so we had to sneak into the restaurant in the middle of the night which was a bit scary! Bring some bug spray if you want to hang out outside at dusk. Very minor complaints, would 100% stay here again - great base to explore Tulum town and get away from it all when we were done with the hustle and bustle!

We loved our stay at Wish - the family room was just right for us and the kids, we loved the pool, and being so close to Chedraui where we could buy fresh pastries for breakfast every day. The staff was super friendly and even opened up the pool so we could swim at night after a long day walking around Tulúm town. We enjoyed sitting outside our room in the evenings enjoying the fresh air with the kids safely tucked in bed. Would definitely stay here again!

Sometimes the bathroom was smelling like sewage. Also there is one guy at the front who was working from the 24th evening to the 25th during the day that had zero clue what he was doing, had no information about anything and was totally unhelpful. Rest of the staff was nice.

Place is nice, nice rooms well decorated, beautiful palm trees all around the premises.
