United StatesThe water in the shower fluctuated in temperature with no discernible pattern. One day it was fine the next no hot water until afternoon. Then the next day too cold every time tested. Our final day no problem.
This hotel has a fabulous restaurant. It is very close to the ADO bus station so taxis are always available.

FinlandOur room was double booked by their other system and we were going to get our room by 11pm, Could propably have avoided this by paying in advance. In the end we took a trip out of town to see family and returned the next day, didn't cause us any trouble. Staff let us leave our bags at the hotel and our stay at the hotel was one of my favourites.
Perfect location for arriving to Xalapa, the hotel is right next to Ado CAXA after crossing the street. Easy to walk to center or take a taxi or bus. Great restaurants nearby and at the hotel. Really helpful reception and friendly staff. Bathtub was great so was TV and AC and beds, desks and the view.

GermanyEverything was relatively old and didn’t see renovation in a long time. Since the Restaurant is a huge open space it looks good but it is also fairly loud.
Breakfast was pleasant and Restaurants and CAXA (Busstation) is very close. The big open space looked great and the wall decorations were authentic.
