United StatesI didn’t like that there were not many restaurant options and the hotel was pretty far away from everything. So you would have to take a $30 Uber to go elsewhere.
The breakfast was good. The room itself was beautiful and I absolutely loved it. I think they could use some more restaurants as well as maybe an adult only pool.

United StatesI wish there was a pool bar pr poolside bar. To get drinks, you either have to sit at the pool restaurant or order drinks through the servers. That's fine because the servers are fantastic and fast, but sometimes it's nice to "belly up to the bar" and talk with the bartenders and fellow vacationers.
The room was exceptional! It was much bigger than we anticipated.

Steak restaurant needs to accommodate more people or reserved enough for guests- seems silly to have to reserve before you even arrive at hotel weeks in advance- so if u arrive and not booked then not likely to get a table Shouldn’t be this hard as the only other options are not to the same standard
Loved the ocean views/ whale watching from the room or by the pool. Loved the lazy river/ staff / cocktails and all inclusive is fabulous

United StatesYou will get bugged about buying a timeshare (or as they call it, "vacation club"). It really just takes you out of the vacation feeling. Just say no from the start. It's not worth the time you'll spend being sold to.
Beautiful resort with nice rooms and a great pool area. The staff was welcoming and attentive. Much more quiet than other resorts I've stayed at in Cabo.

United StatesHousekeeping didn’t come three out of the seven days that we were there. The snacks and drinks that they told us would be filled wouldn’t be filled three out of the seven days we were there. The room came with a washing machine but it had a very loud metal on metal sound when we ran at the one time. There was no water filter in the room so if you wanted water you had to call and ask them to bring bottled water.
The location was beautiful. The pools were lovely. They had a great lounge area by the beach, but you had to get there early enough to get a seat. There was maybe only 30 chairs and they filled up quick. The food was good. The all-inclusive was definitely worth it because it was really expensive if you ate outside of that if you didn’t get the all inclusive. The only thing that wasn’t exceptional was the room wasn’t cleaned three out of the seven days that we were there. And we were told our fridge would be filled with beverages and snacks every day and they missed three days of those.

Last of all I believe the infinity pool should be the adult area because it is a smaller area. Children throwing things around others is not good when some are elderly.

United StatesThe service was inconsistent and could be due to being a new hotel. For example the service at the restaurants was great but when I called for ice they never brought it to the room, even after calling two times. Service at the pools was also very different depending on the day and time. This property, like many in this part of Cabo, is very self-contained. It’s not walkable to anything which is fine if you’re doing all-inclusive but expect to take a taxi or Uber every time you want to leave the resort. The beach is also not swimmable but is nice to look at from the infinity pool.
It’s a brand new hotel so everything was modern and nice. All of the rooms have a pool view and at least a partial ocean view. The pools are fantastic especially the infinity pool overlooking the beach. The restaurants were also very good especially El Patron and the breakfast buffet.

United StatesWhen I made my reservation well in advance for 5 nights through costco and extended one night though booking.com, I specifically requested a room on a higher floor. Despite reporting an issue with one of the bathroom showers being so slow that I couldn’t even rinse off shampoo properly, the staff came to check but couldn’t resolve the problem. We were staying at the resort for a celebration and had invited 8 other families, booking all-inclusive suites for everyone. Despite this, the staff refused to move us to another room. When I checked in, they claimed there were no higher-floor rooms available. However, later that evening, my friends who arrived after me insisted and were given rooms on the higher floor. This was incredibly upsetting. I organized this gathering and brought 10 families to the resort, yet I was the one stuck with a bathroom issue and a noisy one-bedroom suite that we couldn’t enjoy.
Food is very good, pools are nice, lot of pool area to hang out.Pretty clean and most of the staff is very helpful.

United StatesDidn’t like that there were certain things that were not included in the meal plans. I always had to feel like I had to check if it was included or not. I didn’t like the fact that they tried to get us to sign up for their partner plans and attend a 90min workshop. I didn’t like that I had to make reservations every night for dinner.
Breakfast was fairly basic and the same every day, not too many options. Which got tiring after only a few days.

United Kingdomthis was meant to be ‘no prepayment required- pay at the property’. however shortly before the trip we were charged the full amount on my credit card thereby incurring bank charges of GBP120! when I complained it was refunded via my credit card incurring another GBP120 in charges! the whole point of the booking was to pay at the property on a special travel card which has no bank charges so I’m £240 out of pocket! there has been no apology from the hotel and no offer of reimbursement of the charges I’ve incurred as a result of the hotel being in breach of their contract. frankly this has ruined our trip and I would caution others against going to this hotel as a result. it has also put me off booking via booking.com again, as this experience has not been a good one. breakfast is very expensive! it’s ok if you want to only drink cocktails- there’s a very poor choice of wines. some days they didn’t clean our rooms until 4-5 pm and only after we’d asked for it to be done.
