Found the WiFi lacking

The time share/vacation package people were very high pressure and took double the time they said it would. It ruined our stay. We would not return to this resort because of the interaction with them.

One one in our group of seven complained about anything. Well, the kids wanted more sun. Go figure.

Breakfast was excellent. The service was wonderful and friendly. However, you may be disappointed if you expect your typical American breakfast. This is Mexico after all. You have three places to have breakfast; the two restaurants offer a varied buffet while the small 'market' outside provides somewhat of a continental breakfast.

Having to wait in a line each day for a dinner reservation is ridiculous and took away from our experience. The lack of ability for kids to "play" in the pool was over the top.

The breakfast buffet was excellent each morning and the staff everywhere was very friendly and helpful. The room was large and very clean. Cleaning staff did a great job each day!

It was quiet, the sister resort next door was busier. Perfect for us. Grandchildren went there for kids club and loved every minute of it. Staff were very friendly and very hapoy.

Pool closed at 8:00. Could stay open a little longer. Not much to do on property for night life & quite a hike to downtown.

Clean, friendly, helpful, everything as good or better than expected. Great deli/convenience store with ATM that gets you pesos. Great selection of restaurants. Quick room service & great food!

The service in the restaurant casona is not good. The staff is friendly, but needs some training. We waited 30mins to get drinks and more than an hour to get our food even though the restaurant was only half full. They were serving the guests over the table and not going to each guest to bring the food and drinks ...

Wifi in the suite was hit or miss. Some days it was great, other times (especially in the evenings) it was virtually non existent.

The one bedroom suite we had was spacious and super luxury. The staff were helpful, attentive and friendly. Great place to relax.

The all inclusive is getting too high to make worth purchasing, Plus we love the good restaurants on the south end of Bucerias that are right on the beach.

This is our favorite resort by far! we’ve stayed here 4 years in a row and plan to come again next year with our daughter, son inlaw and 2 granddaughters. Its very relaxing and has two big pools with a bunch of lounge chairs to soak up the beautiful weather.

The breakfast through room service wasn't up to the standards the other restaurants were, our food was cold by the time we received it.

Hugo also greeted us at the beginning of our stay and brought us a tequila shot to start our trip off right! The Steakhouse was the only place we went to for breakfast and the food was delicious and service was perfect. I liked the ambience of the cello player and pianist! A few people that stood out were Fidel, who set us up with our beach and pool chairs and Santana, who remembered our drink orders each day!

The sales pitch on the day after my arrival was a bit of a surprise. Some of the prime beach area reserved for owners. Which I understand but I had no idea it was that type of property. I must have missed the fine print when booking on Booking.com.

Property was well laid-out, well maintained, and very clean throughout. Staff were all very professional, attentive, and helpful. Michael in La Parrilla set the tone for my stay: I arrived late in the afternoon and needed to eat after a long travel day. La Parrilla was closing up but Michael invited me in, made me feel very welcome, allowed me to eat with no pressure due to their closing. Very professional. Excellent start. I ended up eating all my lunches an early dinners at Parrilla getting great service from Santana and Michael. Superb staff. Breakfast was served in La Casona, I ordered a la carte, Lorena looked after me every day of my stay. She too was very attentive, professional and accommodating. I would definitely consider returning to this property. Excellent staff.
