The villa is in a beautiful closed park, in a complex of more villas in Playacar (an exclusive holiday area of Playa del Carmen). Although there are several villas, there were hardly any holidaymakers, so it was almost as if we were the only ones there. The pool is not very big, but since hardly anyone used it, it was just enough. The gardens of the villas are beautiful, green. The beach is close, when we were there it was very wavy, which stirred up the water and the sargassum, so we didn't swim much, we went for excursions instead. It's really cool that there is a card that comes with the villa to enter for 4 people to Reef Hotel's beach, although unfortunately we didn't get in because there was always a waiting list, maybe it's easier on weekdays. The area is ideal for trips, e.g. to visit Cosumel. The host, Minerva was very kind and helpful with any of my requests.

We didn't have any issues during our stay. Personally I like to keep my bedroom darker as the curtains allowed me to, but it isn't a real issue, more a personal preference.

Nice area, calm and great to explore playa del carmen from. Very friendly host! The pool is clean and amazing to cool down.

We absolutely loved our stay in this beautiful house. It had everything we needed and more. There were even large bottles of drinking water available, which was great and not very common. Minerva is a fantastic host, and communication with her was easy and efficient. I am looking forward to staying in this place again.

I was surprised there were twin beds in 2 of the 3 bedrooms. The master suite is on 3rd floor, be aware of all the steps for carrying luggage up. There is full bath and a half bath on ground floor. 2 bedrooms and one full bath on 2nd floor. So the guests in one bedroom had to walk downstairs for their bathroom.

The condo is good size and in a great, safe location. Communication with owner was great. Kitchen well supplied with good appliances. AC works well. Pool is great. Restaurants, bars, beaches in walking distance. Maintenance requests were addressed.

Close to the best beaches in Playa del Carmen (walking distance) in a very quiet neighborhood. It is also walking distance to the center of playa del Carmen. The house is big and well equipped with a private parking.

We found that the only shower with hot water was on the main level all the other showers did not get warm.

Fabulous house. Plenty of room with comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen with a large gas stove. A nice terrace as well as balconies for each bedroom. Wonderful and clean pool. Minerva was easy to communicate with and kind hearted! We wish we could have stayed longer.

We loved the place! 5 girls in the house, planty of bathrooms, great location. You need to wake up super early to access the beach using the beach club pass, but next to the resort is a road that takes you to the beach. In the house you can find chairs and umbrellas and other things you can use on the beach. Get out to get lost in the town full of music, great places to eat. We loved every single second of our 6 days. We explored the town, walked a beach, found live music, and went on some tours. We definitely would recommend the place.

The house was very nice, well equipped and surrounded by beautiful plants. As soon as we reported a problem, someone was sent over to help us. Access to the house was well organized. We loved the big balcony where you can sit and enjoy.

It's a пgreat place to stay in Playa Del Carmen. Location is nice, it's easy to access shops, cafes, bars, intertaiments and the beach of course. Notwithstanding there are some issues with access through th Reef Hotel, there is always another way to get it :) And Minerva is a perfect host!

Nothing - we are completely satisfied.

The townhouse was perfect for us. Great rooms, fully furnished kitchen, easy to walk to the beach and the town, lovely pool, wi-fi worked great, easy to get a taxi at the Reef Playacar to get anywhere. A much better value then the rentals in town that I considered or any of the resorts. Minerva was a great host who was always responsive and super helpful. We loved the Playacar area's wide sidewalks and lush, jungle-like setting. The perfect home base for exploring the area.

Getting to the citi centre is a bit of a walk, so I’d suggest having a car.

Very spacious, with plenty of room for a big group. They have everything you might need for a long stay. We really enjoyed the pool.
