Fantastic facilities and seevice. Lovely little touches such as replenished water and beer every day in the fridge, nightly sweet treat, sunset cocktail to name a few of the free additions. Food was great too with the inclusive breakfast in Las Hamacas restaurant having plenty of choice and fantastic quality food.

This hotel is an amazing find. It was everything we wanted and more! The room is large and seemed freshly renovated (powerful AC, TV, reliable bathroom). The amenities are great, especially the pool and swim up bar, as well as the restaurant that provided many tasty options for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The hotel staff is amazing and helpful. The location is perfect, at the end of a long strip of hotels so you get less traffic and it feels less touristy. Town center is just 15 minutes away. The bioluminescence tour they arranged for us was fun. Would 100% recommend and go back!

I loved it, all of it, the only thing I can think of that is even mildly unpleasant is the mosquitos that come at dusk and dawn but that is true all over the Quintana Roo, just bring bug spray.

It is a beautiful property on what might be the most idyllic slice of beach on Holbox.

This is one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. The beach area is definitely the nicest part of Holbox. The restaurant is also one of the best. The Food was out of this world. The room felt luxurious and incredibly comfortable. We loved the pool as well with the swim up bar. The photos on their website simply don't do this place justice. We will definitely be back.

We couldn't stay forever!

WOW! This is quite simply the best hotel we've ever stayed at. We were fortunate enough to get a free upgrade after we let the property know we were celebrating our recent engagement and the room was incredible, enormous space, huge comfortable bed, giant balcony with whirlpool bath, plus welcome gifts and a sweet treat left in our room every night. The beach club is fantastic, never a rush on or lack of sunbeds, the staff are incredibly attentive and go above and beyond in catering to whatever wants or needs you may have. The pool is wonderful and a great place to cool off in the afternoon heat, the swim up bar is fantastic and the cocktails are incredible, and fairly priced relative to the rest of the island. The breakfast menu is extensive and delicious, and we also ate at the restaurant on our final night which was the best meal we had on the island. We also ended up opting to pay for a transfer back to Cancun airport through the hotel, which was a seamless and calm experience compared to sorting taxis/ferry/ADO ourselves. Huge thanks to all the staff for honestly making this the trip of a lifetime for us, we'll certainly be coming back!

A few 'niggles' . There is a hotel next door that attracts a different type of client, and they have a 'sky' bar that does on occasion play loud and reverberating dance type music. They stop latest around 9.30PM, and while not everyday, the boom boom music is hard to ignore! It's a bit at odds with the atmosphere the hotel has created. Tipping. I get tipping but It's pretty irritating both being obliged to tip 15% min, even on the inclusive breakfast, but then , on occasion, being chased down, if one forgets to sign off on extra coffee or at the bar etc, which happens, but is especially annoying, as one gets the feeling that it's driven mainly by the desire to get the 15% tip

The hotel is about 1km from the main town, and a lovely walk down the beach or quick taxi ride. The beaches are miles of white soft sand which extend out to sea, so you can paddle while the Pelicans dive for fish around you. Magical. The rooms are lovely and the pool ideal, with a bar. Not crowded as it's a relatively small hotel. The food is generally excellent. The staff, pretty much to a person, were very attentive, helpful and friendly. It's lovely hotel and in a great location and we'd go again, maybe outside the peak season due to cost.
