I’m a nitpicker, but honestly I can’t think of anything that bothered me.

This place had everything we’d ever dreamed of for a perfect vacation 10/10. Favorite parts were the lagoon style pools and water features, minimalist design, hot tub on the balcony, pool/ocean views, amazing food.

The music we could hear in our room every evening until at least 10 pm. We would have preferred quiet once we retreated to our room in the evening. We were just above the Nido restaurant and below the rooftop restaurant. We weren’t sure where the music was coming from. It seemed like techno music with a driving but boring drumbeat. Not sure what demographic you mainly serve, but it was not to our taste. If I were to stay again, I would request a room away from that music if there are any.

Beautiful property and excellent, friendly staff. Work out room wonderful. Restaurants good but seemed expensive compared with nice places nearby outside the resort.

Some of the food did not meet the amount of money that was charged. An enchilada is not how we have seen it in the past. It was very dry and tasteless. Food/drink prices are way too high.

Entire experience was magnificent. The staff was above excellent along with their service. Our room was very comfortable and our patio opened up to water instead of landscape. Landscape was maintained impeccably.

Having to ask for wash rags, ice, coffee pods, water for the room, and other basic amenities on a daily basis, is not 5 star. The staff was great, but basic room amenities should be re supplied without having to ask. In addition, the restaurant was very expensive but not very special.

There needs to be some instruction on pool etiquette. It’s expected that children have accidents but for several days, a number of couples congregated at the pool drinking all day. None of them men or women got out of the pool for a bathroom trip so we could only assume that they were using the pool for that which was gross especially as the bathrooms were nearby.

Beautiful property, the interior of the room was modern and relaxing. The amenities were great especially the gym. Staff were professional, helpful and pleasant and the rooms were kept spotlessly clean. Overall a fab experience.

The options of the 5 pools. You could choose a quieter one if need be . Perfect temperature of the pool water . The asthetic look and feel of calm and serenity throughout the property. Butlers service was very efficient.

The beds were extra firm to the point that I was uncomfortable and lost sleep.

Didn’t love the bathroom situation. It was open air and single sink. Pool situation was a bit deceiving but we grew to enjoy their set up.

Loved that it wasn’t one of those massive resorts that takes 30 minutes to get from A to B. Also if never felt crowded. Staff was lovely. Spa was GREAT!

Room was too far from the ocean. Very expensive considering.

Would've been 5 stars but the location of the rooms are far from the ocean. We reserved ocean front and it is not close. Just be aware that your room won't be close.

The food and drinks were very expensive. Also, you cannot swim in the sea in that location.

The staff is amazing!!! From Rosie at breakfast to Heidi by the beach, everyone went above and beyond. The location was great and the property absolutely gorgeous.
