the wifi kept having issues and the TV wouldn't work without the wifi but the staff took care of it.

They didn't have coffee for the morning or anything other than the toiletries, even when they had the equipment for it. The jacuzzi that was in front of the beach wasn't working. Doesn't has access to the beach.

The room was massive and had a couple of beds which were incredibly comfy, the room was beachfront and I enjoyed it a lot. It had everything to have a lovely stay.

I asked the front desk about the TV's not working. Maintenance was sent to the room but because there was volume on some channels, he left. The exercise room was under construction, so I was unable to use it. The hot tub was fairly warm but not hot. The jets in the hot tub were working but did not create bubbles as a hot tub should. I was disappointed because I mainly booked the room because I needed to use the gym facilities and wanted a good hot tub. The pool was nice but it was pretty cold. Regardless, I had a very nice stay here and definitely would stay here again!!!

We had a master suite overlooking the ocean, it was beautiful and very spacious. It had a fully equipped kitchen, spacious dining room with nice dining room table and chairs, and a good size living room with an extra wide sleeper sofa that had a trundle underneath. It had a separate bedroom with two queen beds which were nice and comfortable. There was a TV in the living room and in the bedroom, unfortunately neither worked. The one in the living room only had volume on the Spanish channels. The English channels either made a loud hum or were silent. There is a door going into the bathroom straight from the bedroom. The bathroom was large, there was a door on a small toilet room so people could use the bathroom area even if someone was using the toilet. The water pressure in the shower was amazing! This master suite was the most beautiful room and with the best ocean view I had ever stayed in! They have their own private beach and it is so close to the ocean. The view is breathtaking!

There is no restaurant or bar, but there is a delicious restaurant Gula-la across the street and OXXO for drinks and snacks. The jacuzzi is hard to get into for the elderly and myself I have knee issues and the step is too far down.

Spotless, cozy, quiet place. staff was very attentive and courteous, we had a beach-view room. Originally we had a room on the third floor, I asked if I could move to a first-floor room and they accommodated us to a first-floor room. It has three pools and a jacuzzi.

The staff weren't very friendly. The Room was super stuffy and moist. Even my passport started shrinking. There was no water one day, and they weren't very apologetic nor wanted to compensate us for anything. Also, the hotel had one of the big pools closed. This was a big major long weekend, they charged double and closed one of the pools. This place needs to adjust the climate in the Rooms as it is SUPER MOIST and felt very disgusting. Everything felt very wet. Our Clothes would not even dry.

In addition to the cold water in the shower, the hotel has a jacuzzi which only has cold water, something disappointing when going to Mazatlan in times when the weather is not hot.

The room was very nice and comfortable, all was clean, as first impresion everything was perfect, but the main problem was that the water in the shawer was cold, we ask for help in the reception and the service was good, but the problem was not solved.

Dilapidated condition, furniture & counters stained, damaged, cracked, blistered. Kitchen a disaster. Not clean and very poorly and minimally equipped. Worst thing: the place is run principally as a timeshare trap, that we had to fight off each time we passed through the front lobby-the only decently decorated area in the entire place. Timeshare guides and customers were constantly walking past our wee patio. The so-called breakfast is offered as 'free' as long as you sign up for timeshare rigmarole. We figure that the enticing photo on booking.com that is supposed to represent the room we booked can only be the one used as the timeshare showroom, of which our actual accommodations were a stripped and damaged version. Ugh!

Location, perfect. Mattresses and bedding, good. Bathroom okay. Staff very friendly and helpful. Easy beach access. Pretty grounds & gardens...Very quiet at night.

Hotel has not parking, need to leave car outside at the street It has no sense to be charged for one more extra person for the hotel there is not any difference One of the reasons to be there was the Jacuzzi and was out of service all the 3 days Too many little ants (no possible to leave any food out of the fridge) TV based on online service was not operable because Internet was very very slow Too many sellers on cafeteria offering time shares and tours
