The restaurant and bar are very basic, restricted hours and both food and drinks are very limited.

It’s centrally located, oceanfront and very close to downtown Rincon de Guayabitos. Very clean, staff was friendly (most of them).

A minor inconvenience is that the rooms do not have their own purified water dispensers, so you need to go a few steps outside your door to fill a pitcher for drinking water. The tap water is safe, but salty tasting.

This hotel was a pleasant surprise. A lot of hotels in Guayabitos look great from the outside but end up being pretty rustic inside. Torreblanca is not one of those. We had a Villa, which had two beds, a kitchenette, small sitting room and an ocean view balcony with a table and two chairs. Microwaves, coffee makers and toasters are available on request for no charge. The room was spotless, with maid service daily. The kitchenette came with table settings for four, what looked like a new stove and refrigerator and a few pots and pans and some basic cooking utensils. The beds were comfortable, and the sheets were not scratchy. You need to realize that a four-star hotel in Mexico is usually not the same as a four-star in the USA or Canada. The rooms have charm, not luxury (maybe you could find that in Puerto Vallarta). No opulence, but comfort. The things we found here are mostly not standard in hotels in Guaybitos – consistent supply of hot water, large and thick bath towels, and an elevator that works all of the time! The staff were all friendly, helpful and accommodating. When the screen door to the balcony got stuck, someone was there to fix it in 5 minutes. The owner was there daily, making sure that things were running smoothly. We plan to return for a longer stay next year. Jerry & Stephanie

Breakfast was the same pretty much every day. The hotel could use a refresh. Things are looking dated.

Loved the beach access and waking up every morning to the sound of the waves. The staff were great in the restaurant. Lunch was different every day.

Although the hotel room was very spacious, the bathroom seemed very small, and some light fixtures and doors were in rough shape - some updating needs to be done eventually, but it was kept very clean. The grounds were clean, but it would have been nice to have planters that had better kept plants and foliage in them - some of them seemed a little neglected, and not attractive. It was great to have breakfast and lunch included - breakfast from 8:00 to 10:00am is good; lunch should maybe be scheduled from 1:00 to 3:00pm. It would be nice to have a bigger fruit selection at breakfast - there was only pineapple some mornings - it would have been nice to have at least 3-4 other fruits included, especially for people who could not have milk, eggs, or gluten in their diet.

The location of hotel is in prime location. The pool was the perfect temperature and was kept in excellent condition. The facility was kept very clean in all areas, including the grounds and the entrance to the beach area- thank-you for keeping it so clean! Check-in was prompt and even though we arrived much later due to flight delay, the attendant was courteous and helpful. The room was very spacious, and it was nice to have the separate seating area next to the deck. The bed was very comfortable. The afternoon bar service was a great feature while relaxing at the poolside. Breakfast and lunch was included and was convenient to have this provided. The resort is quiet and peaceful, and the staff were always friendly and helpful.

The bed was a little hard, due to the concrete base. At first, the toilet didn’t flush, but they fixed that. Later, there was a terrible smell coming from the bathroom on a couple of days.

The location right on the beach was great! Every room has a view of the ocean from the balcony. The pool was nice and warm and big. The food was good. It is a short walk to town. The staff was very responsive to needs—fixing the toilet, new towels, cleaning the room, etc.

Did not like the pool hogs. People who put their towels out on the chairs early in the morning and not using them. This should not be allowed. While we did enjoy the food. It was a little disappointing that there wasn’t more fruit options. Only having pineapples available everyday for 2 weeks was disappointing considering there is so much fruit everywhere else.

Location was awesome. Being in town and right in the beach was perfect. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Great staff. Idk if she was the owner or manager but she walked around greeting all the guest. Very attentive. Made sure you vhad enough to eat and drink.

Poor lighting in the rooms. The small couch was very uncomfortable to sit on and there was no real coffee table in the room just a small patio table my husband had to sit on the small uncomfortable couch to do his work using the square cement cube plus small patio table.

Food was good, I generally found lunch better than breakfast but I have dietary restrictions so my breakfast got a little monotonous.

Very well taken care of Hotel, with exceptional views. Staff are so friendly. My flight getting into PV was late and I kept trying to call the desk to apologize but didn't realize it's really not a big resort type place so they just have a security guard at night who didn't speak English. (My bad) Rest assured your room will be waiting there for you, they are very organized. When I arrived later at night my keys and everything were all waiting there. Lovely heated pool. Centrally located. If you are coming to Mexico to party excessively this hotel will not be for you. Perfect place to read a couple books and get some sun, also good value for families since most meals are included. Beds were very comfortable.

The food service was sometimes very limited, 2 or 3 times we didn't even have enough, plus it was always almost the same, the food is delicious, but very repetitive and limited, it's supposed to be a "buffet"...

Staff are súper unprofessional. They are always staring at you. Super strict with their hotel policies. Food was not good and there isn’t a lot of choices. Same with drinks. They serve you the same food and very little. The pictures are not the same as how it is today.
