The rooms don't have coffee maker. No big deal, the coffee shop is right next door. However, sometimes it's just nice to have your coffee without leaving the room first thing in the morning.

Location is perfect! Historic Center central. Banorte next door with ATM, coffee shop next door with amazing treats and they also serve breakfast! Some noise but nothing you can't sleep through, and I'm a light sleeper. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed.

Everything was very clean and not noisy. Hotel was smaller than anticipated but it was pretty. No ac in the lobby but there’s an ac in the room which is great. Stairs and elevator helpful to carry luggage

Interesting property in a great spot in Centro, very close to Olas Altas and many venues, including the lively Plaza Machado. Comfortable bed and big shower. Very clean. Beautiful Interiors and common areas. Cool ceiling to lobby. Nice pool on patio off plata dos -- it's small but very clean and a perfect temperature.

The staff were great! The location was excellent, near Plaza Machado and lots of fantastic restaurants, and the Pacific Ocean is only a 5-7 minute walk away.

Do to an airline snafoo, we needed an extra night to stay after the total solar eclipse.

The hotel's location was walkable to Plaza Machado, Olas Altas, great food/coffee.

Nothing, it's impossible not to like

Hotel is brand new, perfectly positioned. The staff were outstanding even though we had an issue with the new AC the manager promptly resolved the issue and computed is with breakfast. Highly recommend.

Since this is a new hotel, many topics could be improved, however ill not list them to be fair, my only comments that could be improved is the use of isolators within the doors, sometimes people walking by the aisle can be heard specially if the arrive making plenty of noise or speaking loud. Rooms are a little small so don’t expect plenty of room if you bring big baggage, you will need to store them in the wardrobe. During our visit they forgot to make the clean in the room, we mentioned this to the person in the lobby, they kindly changed us the towels any way when we arrived around 9PM, we had to make the bed though.

I’m so happy to be one of the first reviews this place gets. Just to give a general background, we planned to travel to see the total eclipse for months. Being completely honest this was not even available when we booked and when it appeared I use it as a backup reservation, but no reviews, no webpage, simply appeared from one day to another. The first and second option cancelled our reservation even when it was already paid. This place was so kind to respect our reservation and not even asked for a credit card. I was impressed when we arrived. Place is located almost in the heart of Mazatlán, exactly in the center so everything you need is by walk, you have the beach three blocks by walk, Plaza Machado right around the corner and several restaurants in the same block, El faro, El observatorio 1823 at 20 minutes by walk, and list goes on… Place is for sure a must for travellers who want to save money and like to walk a lot. Place is small and cozy, not so luxurious but It allows you to feel Mazatlán in all its design. Place has an elevator, a pool with terrace and AC, so you have anything you need to stay there. When this review is written, there’s a section of the hotel that it’s not open, so they don’t offer breakfast. Still that it’s not an issue considering the amount of options there are around. Either restaurants or some near hotels which offers buffet at a really affordable price They will help you in anything you need, his staff i amazing on that (And i can tell you how far they do to help you, sharing with you the situation of a foreign tourist, that booked wrong his day of departure, leaving him without room the night before the eclipse! It was impossible to find any room anywhere, so they allowed him to stay on the lobby and provided him with a pillow and something to cover in the couch. Probably some will think: what about the image of the hotel, but seriously...they could simply ask him to leave and sleep on the street or the bus stop (many did!)

The hotel could use fresh air/windows in the rooms, cotton sheets, and places to hang towels/put things in the bathroom. The room had a bit of an awkward layout.

Small room. Nowhere to place luggage except on bed. Needs towel racks in bathroom or hooks to hang cosmetic bags. Pool could have been warmer, too.
