Some of the room features could be upgraded and the kitchen needs a few more items for cooking, including salt & pepper.

We really enjoyed our room. The size of the room was terrific and so were the views of both the city, which you can see (for miles!) from the front door, and the beautiful beach and sunsets that you can see from the main living area and balcony. We felt safe and comfortable, and we found the staff to be very helpful and kind.

That I had a room with 2 beds and I was not allowed to have a second person come to my room and visit or spend the night... because I had to pay for the extra person for the length of my whole stay...if one person registers in then you should supply a room with a full, queen or king size bed...and not charge for double occupancy room...

A million dollar view when we looked out our patio. Turned around to a Motel 6 room! The Inn is 45 years old and our room was showing its age.

It's a smaller property so there were no lines to check in and always plenty of pool chairs. No noisy party events. The staff is amazing and took care of any problem immediately. There are pharmacy, grocery, banks, and restaurants right across the street. Nice uncrowned beach. Good restaurant right on the property.

We arrive 1 1/2 hour before the check in and the hey didn’t let us go into the room although it was already. They gave us a card for towels it was so disgusting because we had to keep those cards or they would charge

It was a bit of a pain having only one elevator working some days. The room we stayed in the first night ( bottom floor in front of the children’s pool and play area) needs some repairs and upkeep. The bathroom flooded when we had a shower because there was nothing to stop the water overflowing into the room while you showered.

The food was very good and the staff were courteous and helpful. We really like the location. We have stayed at the Inn at Mazatlan in the past.

The room that we stayed in said it was luxurious, but it is really dated. Dining room is too large for the space and the room seem very humid and had a humid smell. The only great thing is the view. Also the food and Sunday brunch were disappointing, they were not very good and were very expensive for the quality. I rather eat somewhere else. Also there should be an adult only pool.

Love the location of the property and the grounds are maintained. Love how close it is to the ocean and views are incredible.

A couple minor problems in our room but the staff did an excellent job taking care of them.

As is always the case when we stay at the Inn @ Mazatlan, the people make our time there very enjoyable. Our room had a good view, and the staff was both helpful and welcoming. The grounds are kept clean and well maintained. Overall, a great place to stay in Mazatlan.

There is construction work being done on the beach area . It looks like they are building a new sea wall. Lots of noise during the day. Especially if you have a balcony room in that area. The kids playground was not open during our stay. Work is being done, slowly, to open it back up. It will be nice once it is open.

The hotel has a lot of friendly helpful staff. the beach side restaurant serves a good breakfast. the night time restaurant seems to have few customers. We only had one meal there. the fish was prepared well and staff did a good job with service. There are many good restaurants in the neighborhood so this might be a reason for lack of customers. maid service was also very good.
