Great location. The rooms and leaving room were big I loved the balcony’s ocean view. The only thing I didn’t like was the odor from the sink in my restroom stink like sewer but other then that everything was great

Staff was friendly. Great value for what you get. Wish there were a few more amenities (hot tub). The furniture and decor is a bit dated but was worth the price since we were out and about all day. Large accommodations. The beach is walkable and private which we liked. Easy to uber into town if u want. Can walk to large grocery store at top of hill.

LOCAL TAXES PAYABLE ON ARRIVAL! Not a big amount, but we book and prepay so we don't have to deal with money for accommodation while travelling. Benches really high. Apartments - so should be able to self cater. Two hotplates. No sponge or tea towel for washing up. Some complimentary water, but not one bottle per guest.

Only 3 plates in the apartment, 3 frying pans, no pots. The interior of the apartment could use some updating. Low water pressure and it takes ages to get hot water in the shower.

Quiet pool area with dining area. Quick uber ride to downtown about 125 pesos. Nice views of the sunset behind the arch. Decent value for money for Cabos standards. Quiet gym. Spacious apartment. Outside area of the complex looks great. Walking distance to a supermarket and a beach.

Hot water for showers was intermittent - maintenance had to adjust hot water heater thermostat--mini split ACs needed to be fixed ( one had a block of ice) a couple times- nothing too terrible

The shower pressure was very low one day and at times the toilet wouldn't flush as well but staff was very prompt in resolving issue. An elevator would be nice and a full stove top versus hot plate but we made do.

Awesome view for an awesome price. Loved that there were several pools to choose from so never had a crowded pool. Quiet location, clean, comfortable bed and good location, enjoyed walking to the beach and using the gym facilities.

Rooms are very far away from Front Desk, grouped in towers, so carrying luggage is difficult. There is supposed to be a transport service from front desk to the towers but it wasn't available at the moment

Location, very convenient for our trip purposes and in general, as it is in a very nice hotel area of the city. Friendly staff, kind of old but functional installations, and excelent price for the zone. View from the room was very nice, the iconic San Lucas Arch.

I sent several requests ahead of time to reserve rooms that we wanted. the requests were not granted without some convincing a few days later. The newer fee structure differentiates between room types. now we know.

The view from the Ocean View rooms is spectacular. The staff is very accommodating and friendly. The lacation is convenient. The value for the cost is outstanding considering the cost of other hotels in the area. We love Monument Beach and the surrounding properties. the new SunRock Coffee Shop is very nice too.

Wish the pool was heated. There were no elevators, so this might be a problem to those with mobility issues and those bringing large luggages.

Our apartment was very spacious. Everything was just as described. We had a distant view of The Arch from our balcony. Beds were huge and very comfortable. Very quiet. We brought our car so going in and out of the property was very convenient. Very close to good restaurants with good views, close to Costco, and a supermarket.

Fantastic view of Arco de San Lucas from the apartment. Everything was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful with us. We got a street parking just in front of the apartment and we were provided with coffee, water, shampoo and body cream. Wifi was working properly
