That we had to leave,and pushy sales pitches,. Transportation to meet shuttle was not clear,so we missed our ride. Ended up taking a scam taxi ride,over $225us.

Service was outstanding at every moment. Food was exceptional, all meals and snacks, drinks always made with best ingredients.

Well kept,very clean, the staff from restaurants were very attentive. The entertainment staff was incredibly engaging, friendly and fun. We had a very nice time and would recommend sun palace to our friends. Thanks for a great vacation.

Amazing place overall. We went during a US holiday, so I was expecting some issues due to high occupancy. However, the resort doesn’t have a crazy amount of rooms, which allows for great restaurants (my standards are high), many available sun beds and excellent service. The room was amazing and perfectly clean. 10/10. The beach in front of it is very good. If you’re going during spring, just be mindful that the pool/beach get direct sun until 4-5pm.

The restaurants are not 5-star, but enjoyable nonetheless. Excursions and overall nightly costs do not offer the best value.

That part of the beach is not great for swimming.

The facilities were good. The restaurants were mostly very good and the food at the buffets was fresh. The staff were friendly and helpful and keen to ensure that we had a good experience.

While the concierge desk is very helpful, they may try to offer a "free breakfast" at their sister property with a resort credit in exchange for listening to a 90 minute presentation. Just an FYI!

The location was amazing! Two beautiful pools overlooking the ocean. And the beach right there, easily accessible from the pool deck! The resort offered so many activities and shows. Between the 4 restaurants, the food was excellent. I would absolutely stay again!

It’s always a nice surprise when an all inclusive has good food. Even room service was delicious! The room was beautiful and I only wish we had time to stay a bit longer.

The ocean was too intense to be able to swim in but the pools were wonderful and perfect temperature.

I liked the jacuzzi in the room after walking all over Cancun. The food was really good as well and all the meals I fully enjoyed. The ambiance of the place is very peaceful and you are able to just relax all you want.

Everything was excellent, the only thing that was disappointing was that we asked in advance to hear about ideas to surprise the partner for his birthday and only later found out through other guests in the hotel a lot of other things that we didn't know about. It was very sucks

There were a couple of staff members in the main restaurant (the one where they mainly serve breakfast) who were quite unfriendly. I’m an early riser so I was able to secure chairs at the pool everyday, however I do think that more pool chairs are needed. The bathroooms near the pools need to be thoroughly cleaned throughout the day (not just a high-level “tidy-up”).

Really beautiful property, with stunning views from absolutely all over the hotel - there’s ocean-views from every corner of the hotel! The beach is gorgeous, with soft white sand, however you cannot actually swim in the water as the current is too strong. The staff were overall really great!

A little surprised there wasn’t more of a concierge service given the price but overall a great experience!

The staff was very attentive, they let us check in and enjoy the resort before our room was ready which was nice to get our day started. The staff was always available to help out and refill our drinks. The food was good with a good amount of options. We spent most of our time laying on the beach under the umbrellas

Very friendly staff, ocean view was excellent and the glass balcony always clean no pigeons (birds poop) very easy to get to Italian restaurant wonderful plenty of beach towels no limit and always available we had a full bar set up in the room big bottles not small shot bottles and a ice machine on each floor I can truly say this is the finest 5 star I have stayed in and loved the wonderful beach chairs with cousins even at the pool 😎 headed back in November

There’s quite a bit of upselling going on. When we first got to the resort, we were so tired from traveling, all we wanted to do was go up to our room. we were asked a few times if we wanted to either upgrade our room or take a tour of a promotional new hotel. We were not interested in either yet, we were asked a few more times over the next couple days if we wanted to act on the promotion. We politely declined.

The resort is beautiful and very close to the airport. The views of the water were breathtaking. The staff were incredible and very friendly. I would definitely come back.

Very comfortable stay. The personnel was very kind and helpful. The room was spacious and the bed comfortable. The food and entertainment options were good too. Generally positive experience.

Sometimes communicating in English with staff was challenging mostly with the staff that were working by the poolside or beach and food orders to the beach and pool could be delayed. But overall very minor details.

The food and the amenities were great. Both the rooms and the hotel itself were very clean and organized. Staff was very helpful as well. It was also a big plus that it was an adults-only hotel so it was very calm. The highlight was the room, the hot tub was amazing.
