Safe neighborhood and the suite was pretty clean. Staff was quite friendly and kept our luggage after our checkout and let us stay in the lobby until midnight after the checkout.

I had a long stay and after two weeks you would want to watch some TV, but cable TV does not work properly.

It gets really noisy on a Friday night (and I guess Saturday would be the same) from neighbouring bars and clubs. Most disgusting white towels in our 6 weeks in Mexico with brown stains on them - wouldn't even want to wipe my feet on them. Gross!

The location was good, many restaurants and only a short walk to Walmart Express. Close to Angel bus stop or a bit further to Sevilla metro. The apartment was spacious and functional, maybe a bit on the dark side

The air conditioner worked but it didn’t cool as well as I expected.

I liked the location. It was located close to many restaurants and amenities. The kitchen was nice because I cooked breakfast every morning.

1 coffee and 2 bottles of water per the whole stay. Noise from across the street. Someone singing nearly all Thursday night. Music was really loud Friday night but ended around midnight. Shower head could use deep cleaning and the towels are showing wear.

There wasn’t much to complain about; maybe consider updating the interiors if you can. The decor is a bit dated — all very comfortable however.

Perfect location in a safe, clean neighborhood. Walking distance to public transportation; you can really get anywhere from here. Walk to some amazing shops/restaurants too.

Knowing that we had access to a kitchen I was hoping to have some more cooking tools. Wine glasses and larger coffee mugs wow ups have made the place perfect.

There was bottled water and coffee (for the coffee maker) in my room when I first checked in but housekeeping never replenished these during my long stay (15 days total). This was disappointing considering the otherwise excellent housekeeping service. The elevator has a very loud ring/bell that goes off throughout the day—if you are working/relaxing in your room, it is irritating (and unnecessary).

Excellent location. My room/suite was spacious. The internet was strong and reliable (there was a router in my room). Air conditioner & heat worked fine – although I rarely needed either. Good quality bed/mattress. The kitchenette had everything you need. I had a street-side bedroom and was disturbed somewhat by night noise, but earplugs solved this. It was quiet enough in the living room to get work done or have a video call. Front desk staff was pleasant, helpful and on-site 24/7. Housekeeping was solid. Considering the prices of nearby hotels, this was a pretty good deal.

Bathroom was in bad conditions the curtains, the toilet was clogged when we arrive. We had to fix by themselves. We arrive one day late and nobody was on the front desk and we stay out for more than 15 minutes because the door was locked, we call to the phone desk and the phone was ringing an nobody answered.

The kitchen was worn down to a point where it felt comical to use, like, this is a joke. The 'ding' from the elevator travelled through everything and kept us awake way more than should be needed. Please fix the kitchen and do something to soundproof the apartment a bit better. Bonus: The flowers on the outside of the windows had likely not been looked after this decade.

Super duper central, close to the Chapultepec forest and close to all the trendy restaurants in Roma as well. If you don't want to walk far there are plenty of restaurants right downstairs. The apartment was kept clean as well.
