It’s a short walk from the ADO…it should be fine if you don’t mind walking a few blocks. I was charged more for my minor child even though I stated he was with us when reserving online.

I would probably stay here again…please call an uber instead of using their taxi service, it’s much cheaper and safe. It’s a short walk from the ADO and it’s next to the a nice plaza. The Saturday night we were there it was very pleasant to go for food and live entertainment at the plaza.

Location of Hotel. .near park, convenient store and restaurants. Blocks away from Tulum Ave which is a main street to anywhere lots of buses, taxis and stores also 3 blocks from ADO. Less than 20 minutes by Cab to Airport.

Very nice Staff, pleasant and very helpful. Very clean and tidy rooms and surroundings. Pool, lounge and pool area relaxing ambiance.

Lots of people in the hallway talking pretty loud, making noice and some music which I heard in my room. So not a perfect place to get some rest.

Love the location, friendly staff and not too far from the airport. Perfect if you stay in Cancun centre for a couple of days.

The AC was very noisy. We had to sign a lot of papers and the check-in was rather slow.

No lift. There was a small space with a sink, would be ideal to have some more kitchen facilities in the rooms. Definitely a place you stay for one night. No alcohol allowed in the hotel.

10 minute walk from Ado bus terminal. Decent food spots around. Rooms were spacious.

There are some loud bars nearby so make sure to try for a room at the front of the hotel or in the middle

The staff is the best part about going here, if there is anything wrong just ask and they take care of it. Also the pool is great.

- kind of noisy, you can hear people talking outside, etc. (but it’s the case in most of the hotels I’ve been in Mexico, I recommend to put earplugs everywhere if you want to sleep peacefully) - The hotel is a bit outdated (not really modern)

- The location is more than central, facing a park with local markets / close to restaurants, and the Ado bus station + secure location - The room was clean, and confortable (AC working well) - The staff was very nice - Really cool to have a pool on the hotel, open until 10:30 pm

Well as I said, in the very beginning the door did not lock properly so I was not able to take that first room and I had to wait may be an hour before I could get another room but I was very grateful to the wonderful guy on the front desk because he was able to accommodate me. It turned out that I had quite a fun stay there and really liked it so what I did not like about the property went away mostly. I did not like the loud kids but it is a family place and there were a lot of Middle Eastern men and I felt funny to be in my bathing suit with so many loud viewers. But you can just leave and go to the beach...

So at first I did not get the room that I was supposed to because the door does not lock properly. It would’ve been a bit loud because it was towards the front, so it was really good that I did not get that room. What I really liked is that after they showed me a room that smelled like mold and was too close to the pool, they gave me a room that was very large and comparable to the one that I ordered and maybe even a little better! I think it was fantastic and it had good space and it smelled fine and I was quite comfortable in fact I kept staying longer a few more days longer in the same room because I thought it was the best one. and for the price, I could find nothing else in that area that would even come close! The best price came from booking dot com…

sometimes especially on the weekend it could get really loud and booming music from the nearby restaurants and clubs could be a bit loud until maybe 1 AM or 2 AM but if you are out having a good time you won’t notice. at first I did not like the level of cleanliness but I just cleaned it myself and then I felt better about it and it was fine.

I liked the property enough to stay here for more days. At first I only picked a couple of days to try it out and I was nervous that it would be loud because it is so close to the festival at the park, but then it wasn’t that bad. The noise seemed distant from the room that I was in so with the air conditioner noise it was perfect for sleeping. The location was good and the price was even better! It’s very easy to catch the bus from a couple of streets away on the Main Ave., Tulum and you can go to the hotel zone to the beach every day for very cheap…

they only spoke Spanish in the front so it was quite difficult. I used my phone translation tool and it worked out but at first I did not get the room I booked and then they had changed it to a better room and then it was quiet and everything was good, but it took some work in the beginning. Once I found a good room, I stuck with it. I found a sunny spot that was quiet, but then they told me I was not allowed there. The swimming pool was very clean and the gardener took good care of everything every day. But there was a lot of kids and a lot of foreigners very loud and a lot of Middle Eastern men and I didn’t feel comfortable in my bathing suit by the pool most days. so you will have to go to the beach.

I liked the location being near the park Las Palapas. The availability for food and festival every day. But it was also somewhat loud towards the front. So go join the party! It is about midnight and then most nights is just fine for sleeping. The price was right through booking but would not have been right if you got it in person there. they have good water to refill your bottles with so you can carry-on and be safe…
