The beach location in front of the property is basically a public beach on the weekend. Some people may not enjoy this aspect, however most of the visitors leave after sunset. The ones who camped overnight seemed quiet and we were not bothered by overwhelming noise or music even on Saturday night. The condo itself is very lovely. We had small issues with kitchen appliances, but the owner/manager is very attentive.

This is a return visit for me. A great location for our needs. Very comfortable rooms. Great hot showers. I really enjoy this place and especially the great outdoor patio. I will always return when I am traveling with a small group or my family.

No resource of water play. The drainage north of the property makes going into the ocean feel unsafe to swim in, due to possible contamination. But this is a minor issue, overall the condo was beautiful!

The condo was beautiful, clean and spacious. Sleeping listening to the Oceanfront was Tranquility. The patio was really nice, only thing it needs is a spa since there’s no room for a pool.

I like everything. The only thing is that i wish there was a washer machine to do loads before coming back home.

This is the second time we book at this location. We LOVE IT (my family of 5). Beachfront condo, all you have to do is go down some rocks and you are at the beach. The host is EXCELLENT. Very attentive, and so is the staff (there is a security team that works 24-7). Restaurants, markets, etc are super close. We drive everywhere and it is a 5-7 minute distance. I will be back, but this time with my mom and sister. You also have a secure parking in the building.

My only complaint was one of the night security guards was not very pleasant but he could have been having a bad day.

The condo was amazing and in a great location. We felt very safe which is really important considering the reputation. We would definitely come back for another visit.

Access to the beach was a little compromised, but going to the centro makes up for it. Kids wanted to run tub jets but they were not working

Great views, very clean house, included snacks is a nice thought. Huge master bedroom and very large living space. Everything you needed in the kitchen was clean and avaliable. Security around the place and garage attendant.

Everything was amazing nothing to complain about

I loved everything about this place from the time we got there to the time we left the owners were so nice and answered any questions I needed when we got there there was a security guard named juan and another lady and another man they were all so kind and very nice the place had amazing view everything was clean inside it was cozy like I was at home I didn't want to leave had everything we needed from kitchen supplies they left us a six pack of beer and some other things we will definitely will be coming back here such a nice place to stay for a great price

There's camera inside the house! No napkin or paper towel. Heating system didn't work but host gave us two small heaters.

That I couldn’t stay forever!

Why anyone would ever choose to stay in a hotel in Rosarito when they could stay here is beyond me. Bill and Jesse are amazing hosts and will ensure you have everything you need during ypur stay. Not being super far out of TJ, I was a little concerned about safety of staying in an unknown apt…but after meeting the security staff and seeing how responsive Bill was to questions, we felt beyond comfortable during our stay. Bill and Jesse went above and beyond providing us with access to a couple features not normally available at the property after loosing our bags in transit (real lifesaver!). We Will be staying here from now on during our trips through TJ! Thanks Bill & Jesse!
