The food ate the park is not the best and also the breakfast was limited options buffet style

It's a great vacation spot if u have kids my daughter loves everything about it. The shows are really nice the pools are great.

Though breakfast was included, my daughter and I only went the first morning. It was more than expected, but not great tasting. We only ate at the restaurant once because though affordable it just was not good. It is lacking in quality and taste. There is not much nearby for shopping or sightseeing so be prepared to use the buses, taxis, or Uber.

Wi-Fi was strong and secure. The room was spacious and clean with a balcony facing the water park. The shade for the patio door to the balcony was a true black-out shade. The waterpark on site is worth its weight in gold; we spent many hours there so the booking that included access was well worth it. The food offered at the splash park was better than the food offered at the hotel restaurant. Additionally, there is a bus stop conveniently located immediately outside the property. The staff is friendly and efficient. Some staff there speak English, however, none of the front desk staff (at the time) knew English. Google Translate was helpful here!

Rooms.on the East side of the building are noisy, with staff, guests and the highway passing nearby. Ask for a room on the other side of the building (poolside).

The water in the pools was cold.

The park was a few feet away from the rooms. The kids enjoyed the pools and shows at the water park. The experience with the seals was great. The kids could not ride the waterslides due to age.

Nicer/newer towels in bathroom. I didn't really want to use them. We didn't realize that there was a separate pool with lounge chairs at the back - we went to the Splash park by mistake to read and relax and there was nowhere to sit. Only found the other pool the next morning before leaving. The comforter on the bed was old - updating the comforter would make the room look fresher and newer. Bed was comfortable.

We wanted to be closer to the airport and this hotel was in a good location. We chose an inexpensive room (1 night only) and it was what we paid for - very basic. The only windows were above the door and so the room was dark. We kept the door open while in the room to get more light in. There is a pool and breakfast included - good value for money! I'm sure the rooms on upper floors would be much nicer! There was a small fridge in the room and flat screen TV. Internet was great! Service at front desk was very helpful. Location was good for getting the bus and the overpass was right there to get to the other side of the highway (for the other direction).

For the price it is good value for the kids . You must be 1.4 meters to use the waterside for safety so keep that in mind when your coming

The room I was in had a sliding balcony door that led out into an open area and the blinds didn’t close to people could see in my room, the bed was very uncomfortable, housekeeping did not knock before coming in and wouldn’t take ‘no thank you’ as an answer, the restaurant hours are inconvenient and the food was not good, location was tough as the transit was extremely unreliable and there is not much right near the hotel

Children were running around and screaming at all times of the night. It's not the hotel's fault but a curfew would be a good idea. I was woken by children at play knocking at my door at 1am. I looove children btw, but this was just too much.

The staff at the front desk did not speak any English, and it took about 15 min to convince her that we had already paid for the room through booking.com

The hotel was really nice and easy to find. Fan and AC in room and the room was very spacious. WiFi was great.
