Great location with the view of the landmark Angle of the Independence. Though it's located right in the middle of the tourist spot , it's very quiet at night. Breakfast is also super nice. You could choose to have it on the roof top restaurant with a great skyline view, and in the meantime the brunch and pastry options are of high standard. Every staff is super nice. Truly appreciate the concierge team who prepared a small, cute birthday surprise for me! Absolutely love it!

The Sofitel Reforma is hands down one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at! We travel very frequently and were blown away. From the moment we arrived we were greeted by lovely staff who offered us a cacao drink. They kindly upgraded our room as it was my partner's birthday - including a lovely cake and fruit platter, very thoughtful! The room was very generous in size and incredibly clean, with a lovely view of the city. The hotel gym and pool are great, and the breakfast is one of the best I've had at a hotel! Truly such a memorable experience and located centrally enough to walk/taxi anywhere. Highly recommend!

Sofitel is amazing! We had a great time there, enjoying a wonderful breakfast and relaxing by the fantastic pool after hours of exploring Mexico City. The location is perfect, situated between the bustling La Condesa and the quieter Roma Norte, making it easy to reach any destination in the city.

Fantastic, friendly staff. Great to have the coffee shop at the entrance. A lot to walk to and easy Uber ride to the city.

Limited coffee choice in the room, not enough cups (only one ristretto cup and one longo cup for two people...). For the price, the hotel also lacked character and is perhaps a better fit for business trips than vacations.

Upon landing in Mexico we called the concierge and asked to be provided with a car and driver to take us to the hotel. We were a family of 6 and had 3 cases. The car arrived after 20 minutes and took us to the hotel. The driver asked for 3900 Pesos. This is an extremely high price. The cost of Two Uber (Black) would have been 800 Pesos. The hotel charged us almost five times that sum. I protested to the hotel but they (kindly) refused to lower the cost. DO NOT ask the hotel for transportation.

One day, while walking back to the hotel, we had trouble getting back in because of barricades blocking most entrances. We weren’t informed ahead of time that that was going to take place. We finally found out that a protest was taking place across the street. The one time we ordered food, by way of room service, it was good, but too expensive. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

We did not have breakfast there. The staff, (especially the front desk), was wonderful… Claudia, Christina, Brenda, Katy and more. David was very helpful too.

Such an incredible hotel - it has literally everything - amazing location, beautiful rooms, epic pool, sauna, gym and spa. I wouldn't stay anywhere else if I was staying in Mexico City. The hotel team were so friendly and helpful, and the breakfast and dinner at Balta was incredible.

Due to the fact that there is US embassy nearby, it sometimes causes problems wirh entering or leaving hotel - you need to take other entry - but it is not a big deal.

It is Sofitel - so you expect great quality - and you get it. The room was very spacious with very comfortable bed. It was very clean. The staff was outstanding! It is good localization for the stay in CDMX.
