No HOT AND COLD indicators on the shower taps, so you either nearly die from COLD, or HOT No grab bars in the shower - have them at home - and miss them. Bathrooms are dangerous for falls! Creepy TV channel - if they can't afford something normal - why not charge for channel access. And it really was weird. Like amateur night

This hotel is really central, but the back rooms are so quiet you get woken by the dawn chorus! There is transport right at the door for all the shopping centers, there is a good farmacia 2 blocks away. An icecream store almost next door. And a major supermarket with everything from lunch to APPLES The OXO really is open at 7 but is usually up and running before and lets in the coffee starved.

CNN was available but with no picture on my second night and nothing could be done - very frustrating - I don't get to see it very often. The channel was live sound only, and they did call SKY

No desyuno. I always stay here in Cancun - it has most everything right there, or easy access. I have been coming there for many years. (except during the COVID)

My room was very spacious and very clean. The wifi was strong and the staff, welcoming. The hotel is an easy walk from the ADO station. I had only booked this as an overnight stay but would definitely book again.

Location is very convenient. It's close to many shops, supermarkets and all kinds of conveniences. There's a convenience store next door. We used it for just one night, as we were just passing through Cancún and needed a convenient place to spend the night. It worked well for this purpose.

Unfortunately there was a water leak in the bathroom ceiling, which made bathroom damp. Reception staff were bit distant, but always helped, when I needed assistance.

Location of this hotel is very good. 10 mins walk from ADO bus station. Supermarket round the corner, plenty of restaurants to choose from within walking distance. Room was clean and quiet with everything functioning, as it should. Reception staff always helped, when I needed assistance. Communicating in English wasn't problem. One employee, which was often near reception, I don't remember his name and maybe it was maintenance person, was very friendly and cheerful. He made me feel really welcome.

Location - I came back to the hotel for the location. There are the little buses to where I won't to go. Excellent farmacia next door - a huge plus for me. Grocery store. Same staff.

Rather short on electrical sockets. 2 in total, one by the sink, one totally hidden under a table! Other than that, no complaints.

The hotel is a bit dated, but it was fine for me. It really depends on what you expect and are used to. What I really can't understand is, how the hotel is not having a sufficient amount of clothes hangers. I travelled alone, but you could have booked the room for up to three people. When I asked for more hangers they told me, "there should be two in your room", like that could possibly be anywhere near the amount a traveller needs for his clothes (or even three travellers). There is a safe inside the 60-70 cm narrow closet, which I didn't use. But the installation of the safe is just stupidly where your clothes would be supposed to hang (if there were enough hangers). One afternoon i haven't had hot water.

The hotel is excellent located. A 5-10 min. walk to the ADO bus terminal (buses to other cities and the airport) and 2 minutes from the next supermarket and the bus stop for local public transport within cancun (beaches...). The first room I was quartered in had a funny smell (humidity), so they moved me to another room without any complication. The room was good for my two-day stay and since I needed nothing from them I had no problems with the front-desk. I add this, because some people commented on that. I just noted, that the front-desk staff was always busy with something and didn't pay much attention to me comming in or leaving, No problem for me though! Beside one time I always had hot water. They agreed, to store my luggage at my last day (some ppl commented here they would refuse to do it).
