The views were incredible. On a quiet street, but close to the north beach, shops and restaurants. Fabulous pool and rooftop bar. The staff was friendly and very helpful.

The only thing would be some sort of onsite snacks or food. one minor point, when stipulating what is cash payment, please make clear that it will be paid at checkout. Since the cash was not asked for at each occurrence I thought was being charged to room. An ATM would be helpful.

The room was very open, clean and spacious. Amenities were very thoughtful, especially like the coffee set up. The front desk personnel was outstanding. Jesus made the best cocktails and his attentiveness was exceptional.

Beautiful location and very friendly staff! Great view of the pool and ocean. Nice having a not crowded beach in front of the hotel but a very short walk over to North Beach. Beds and pillows were super comfy.

Construction was happening down the street, not a big deal, You just have to walk through it or drive with your golf cart.

Stephanie was so accommodating of any request, she was available to help., The room was simple but sufficient. The property was kept very clean.

Nice small, somewhat hidden, hotel. Beautiful roof terrace for some sun set cocktails. Room was very spacious and with direct access to the pool. The beach right in front is popular for sea turtles laying eggs at night.

An oasis of calm but still close to the hustle and bustle of town. Sunset drinks at the rooftop bar were one of the highlights of our trip. We enjoyed the best massage we've ever had. We highly recommend Maria. She was friendly and her massage techique was first class.

There is nothing I can think of that I didn’t like about the property but if there is something that I can point out, it would be that the room seemed a bit outdated as well as the gym.

What I liked about the property is the location and proximity to beaches and downtown. It is very secluded and quiet, and only a few steps (2-3 min walk) to playa norte and restaurants. I also liked the pool area, rooftop bar and the staff.

I wish we could have stayed for longer because the journey to get to isla mujeres is (easy but) a little long.

the property smelled heavenly and was so cozy and breezy!! it was also so easy to get around. our room was on the first floor with a walk out porch to the pool and beach. the view was fantastic and the staff were kind and attentive. while the water is not swimmable at this location, it’s not a big deal bc you can either walk or take your golf cart down the street.
