I didn't like that they didn't have an iron to iron my clothes. We came to Hermosillo for a wedding and had to buy an iron, which is something essential in any hotel so I guess it is an area of improvement for the hotel.

I liked the restaurant buffet and the location of the hotel, it is close to the airport. I think it is a good choice if you are staying for the weekend and don't want to spend a lot of money in your stance.

The bed was just ok. The TV remote did not work. It would have been nice to have a small microwave.

It was clean and felt safe - good value for the money. It was quiet even though on a major city street. The pool was great - clean and cool. It was nice to have a small fridge and a coffee maker.

It wasn’t clean enough The bathroom sink.had paste residue from previous guest, the toilet was leaking water but the very worse was the old air conditioning system that makes a terrible noise preventing you from sleeping and have a pleasant restful sleep Terrible

There was not clear if the hotel used my booking reservation or just charged me night by night, the room was dusty, the shower was clogged at the beginning. It wasn't a good experience.

Personnel at reception: very impolite, unorganized, arrogant and overall very unprofessional, extremely disappointed about this point. Facilities: shower not working well, toilet odor filter not working at all, AC not working well and very noisy, gym unavailable despite being promoted by reception prior booking, only one electric socket worked in our room, issues with keys/chips when trying to open the room door, old doors (almost falling down) and so on... Seems like this hotel was in optimal condition perhaps 30 years ago... Urgent maintenance required. Harmony during the stay: I understand that some people have no common sense and like to party and be noisy all night long, however I strongly believe it's the responsibility of the hotel personnel to maintain the order at the hotel. During 2 nights several neighbors had a party (like 15 adults + 15 children) just in front of all rooms, playing very loud music and letting the children run along the hotel rooms while screaming and playing with a ball. Then I kindly asked the security personnel and also to reception to please check on this but they didn't, despite the fact that they promised they would. Honestly this was definitely unacceptable and I totally regretted that I paid the whole week in advance... Long-story short: this was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I ever had, and I cannot understand how this hotel managed to be rated with three stars when I booked it.

I think it would be better if they put a telephone shower in the rooms for the disabled, and put curtains instead of glass doors, to help you during the shower.

A group of young foreign guests extremely noisy partying and smoking grass until am hours at night, couldn't sleep. Reported the situación two times. Front desk could do nothing. Asked to be changed to a quieter room but I was told I World have to pay an extra fee.

Breakfast good and great variety. Primero somewhat higher than average.

The room smelled when I first walked in!! The comforter was stained, and the sheets were supposed to be white, but looked "grey"! The room was billed as "premium", however it was very disappointing.

The restaurant was excellent. Restaurant staff were very kind and helpful. Food was very good.
