We had some issues with the hot water in our shower, but once the staff understood the situation, they were quick to resolve it.

The location was amazing — they truly weren’t lying when they said they have the best view in all of Valle de Bravo. The only downside was that the restaurant wasn’t accepting credit card payments, and we weren’t informed about it until we asked for the check. It would have been helpful to know in advance. Other than that, our stay was wonderful. The staff was very friendly and helpful throughout our visit.

Even though we were told the pool opens at 9 am, it was not ready. The staff was just starting to clean it. And even after it was been cleaned, it was still dirty. The hotel is near a busy street so it was kind of loud, as well at night. As we came, in the room there were only 2 towels for 4 people. In the pool area, people were playing their own music with their phones and even small speakers. It was annoying and too loud, but the staff didn't do anything. You can't pay with the card in their restaurant. No warning before ordering. Mini fridge or coffee machine would be a plus for longer stays.

You might have to climb several floors from the parking lot. The “hot tub” was very dirty after the weekend doesn’t look like it is filtered. Nice pool area. But mostly it’s the view.

The process to get the pool towels was a overcomplicated, they could probably make it simpler.

Older property that's being remodeled (it appears to be an former motel). It has a nice swimming pool, jacuzzi and sundeck overlooking the Valle de Bravo lake. The staff was very kind and went all the way out to help me with my requests. Also, there was a nice restaurant on site

We asked for room service and it never came. I also texted to the hotel Whatsapp and they never answered', and when I went to the restaurant and ask for a coffee for room service they told me that wasn't possible and the room hasn't any tea or coffee sachets.

The hotel is beautiful, the temperature pool was perfect and the room view was amazing.

While the breakfast was good, the service wasn't the best.

Breakfast was good. The location was incredible and the hotel was clean and comfortable. Check-in and check-out were really easy and practical.

Lots of stairs from the parking lot to the all the rooms makes it unbearable for elders and the physical challenged. But the worst part of it all was the presence of BED BUGS!! 🐞 in our bed which made a stay a true nightmare

VERY uncomfortable bed, scratchy and stiff sheets, no air conditioning, slept horribly. Also no hot water in the shower and terrible towels.

All of it, the hotel is a nightclub and you cannot sleep until it's finished at 3am. People screaming, throwing things, fighting and trying to get in our room. There is no internet or hot water in the rooms and I paid for a jet bathtub that didn't work.

I hated everything

We ordered a superior double room with front and a side view to the lake . When we arrived the room was not ready, even though we arrived late. We had to leave our luggage in the lobby to get to the lake activity. When we returned in the evening, the room we got was on the lower floor and the view promised from the room wasn't exist, it was mainly a view of the shed. See the attached photos. The beds are matrimonial and not true doubles. The jacuzzi didn't have very hot water as it should and we had to give up the experience in it. The service in the restaurant was indeed slow and half of the menu was not there, even though we arrived on a special weekend when apparently they were supposed to be prepared for a lot of people. This is definitely not what we paid so much for.
