Noting that you can control. Sometimes outside noise but you cannot do anything on that matter.

Breakfast is good although before was a buffet without extra charge. We have been in several times in the last 6 years.

My house keeper she was amazing and the bell hops and the velvet parking service.

Well first of all, the bathroom light was low then the light went out . One of the bed lamps was broken. The shower drain wouldn't drain right. Would get full of water. Everytime I ordered in my order wasn't never right. I have stayed there over 16 yrs and this has been the second time I was satisfied.

more pressure on the shower not just that drip, toilet had to flush 2 or 3 times......but yea the shower was the worst, clugged up sink in the reatroon

Property is old, staff is rude and not helpful- I was having problems with the Wifi and politely asked if there was something wrong or if I did something wrong (when trying to sign in), and they answer right away was “well you are the only one complaining!” I’m not complaining, Im asking!!- they have no manners , the girl who was at front (I believed her name is Karen - well deserved name), she treated us like we were asking things for free!! No, Im not! Im paying and she should be more helpful! We left after 3 hrs of checking in, I can believe they charge like they were a good resort, rooms NEED UPGRADES!!!! Is like walking back into the 90s!! Old furniture, old a/c- it was a transportation to the past, but paying the future 😪 We went to the Holiday Inn Express, they were so helpful, hotel is new and they charge the same as them , but you getting what are paying for!!

the on site restaurant is a joke, the included breakfast options are so unclear, what was included and what was charged for varied depending upon who your server was, this included my having the same breakfast two days running, one day it was included the next it was charged. in particular Frank and Perla were incredibly unprofessional and tried on several occasions to serve me wine that was clearly off and then charge me for premium wine, In fact Frank was so blatant that he told me to order food from the premium menu as he needed the money!!! The hotel is great, just stay away from the on site restaurant

the hotel is pretty awesome with a great location and great staff, the English speaking staff were very helpful and the Spanish speaking staff always did their best to help.

we went out to the pharmacy and around the entrance steps (outside) was a huge roch, 🥹😱 maybe needs more attention around the property .
