Good location in city center, very nice colonial house.

December was quite cold and the room had no central heating, only a gas stove that had to be turned off at night for safety reasons.

The bed was comfortable, good shower, quiet.

A little bit pricey. The door on the bathroom didn't open wide and was in the way of entering the bathroom. Maybe a sliding door would be better.

This is my favorite hotel in Mexico. Located within walking distance of the cathedral, restaurants, and shopping, it is peaceful, beautiful and welcoming. The owner is so kind and makes you feel like you’re visiting a friend.

Nice period decoration and inner courtyard. Excellent breakfast, cooked to order. Good service including laundry.

Location near city centre but a little far from main sites if walking. But neighbouring café excellent for hot drinks, snacks and ice cream.

Awesome rustic vibe of the place, it is full of history and culture. Comfortable stay and lovely and friendly staff!

You need to let the staff know you want breakfast in advance and the time breakfast starts is later than usual.

The warm, patient, knowledgeable hospitality. Clean facility. Good coffee in the morning. The location is good, only 10 minutes walking to the cathedral. A 17 minute stroll back from the Revolution Museum. Plus, Araceli gave me excellent refined restaurant recommendations based on my request to not want to be around tourists/gringos. La Nómada and Central Boutique Hotel were great walkable choices.

Honestly, all was good. Small heads up: I wish there were more updated TV options beyond cable channels with dubbed shows. I’m a streaming tv watcher, personally. Also, it’s an old, beautiful, well-kept house. While it’s charming, I could clearly hear verbatim the conversation of the adjacent guests through the bathroom. Araceli thankfully warned me about hearing when each side showers, which isn’t a problem to me knowing that it’s a 19th century building. But I didn’t think I’d be able to hear their conversation. It made me question the privacy I had. You might wanna request the rooms in the back of the building for this reason.

Beautiful, historic building. Nicely decorated with antiques. Close to the center yet quite. Friendly, communicative staff.

    Nothing!

Beautiful hotel/ boutique. Comfortable beds. Fantastic staff. Great location. Only blocks away from a variety of historical buildings, church and central plaza. Nice restaurant with friendly and attentive staff only a half block away recommended by our host. Unfortunately we checked out before breakfast so couldn't partake in that.

    Nothing to dislike.

Annaskita who hosted our stay was fantastic. We arrived at breakfast time to leave our suitcases and Anna cooked us the most delicious breakfast as we were hungry. The next day she took us to a store to help us with buying a local sim. The room was comfortable and the courtyard a peaceful place to sit and relax. We would definitely stay there again.

The plug in room fragrance dispenser- i un plugged it.

This is a favorite hotel of mine, I frequently return. Very charming with great antique furnishings. I ran very late because of traffic and the were very kind about my late arrival.

The hotel is very charming with its courtyards, large kitchen, and parlor area. I loved the antiques used as decor throughout the hotel, giving one a feeling of going back in time. The staff were very helpful and pleasant.

I wish I knew Spanish. One staff person was pretty fluent in English, but the other one who didn't speak much English was very nice and tried to be helpful also. We tried to communicate using a translation app on my iPhone, and that worked well if we typed in sentences, but not when we tried to speak into the phone.
