The first night was a party at a neighboring business and the wind was blowing the music into our rooms blasting until 130 am and fireworks were being lit on the beach. We got no sleep and it was tough with a baby after traveling all day. That was a Friday night, the rest of the nights were better for sleep. The beds were very firm but ok. The views spectacular and the service was great too!

Coco Bongo night club next to the building, so a lot of noise until long after midnight. Some renovations in the apartment would be appreciated as it’s a bit “worn out”

Not the hotels fault but I had a drunk couple in the middle of the night trying to access my room, which was scary given I didnt speak english to understand. I had my deadbolt which was good, but otherwise the accom was great

The Hotel doesn't have a restaurant. If someone wants to order from room, that option is not there. Shower Gel and Shampoo and drinking water bottles should be provided by the owners.

The location of the Hotel was great. Just beside Coco Bongo and has a nice white sand beach at the back. Beach can be accessed from the Hotel. Nearby it has multiple souvenir stores, convinience stores, bars and restaurants. The awesome part of this Hotel is the sea facing Patio ( if you chose ocean front rooms). One may spend whole night sitting at the patio with couple of beers and enjoying the sea. 😊

The balcony furniture was badly stained, and the kitchen had no forks, few glasses, and one cooking utensil. The pillows were not comfortable but the bed was good. The one working elevator was very slow. The online reservation process is confusing.

100% value for the view, proximity to the beach, clubs, grocery store, local bus stop, taxis.... The condo is old but somewhat updated. Lots of seating and a good fridge. Great a/c. The balcony view is unbeatable. The staff were nice and helpful. Coco Bongo beach party is loud from noon to night but the door closes out much of the noise. If you want a quiet balcony this is not the place for you, as the beach is busy all day and even late into the night. Security is good and the condo felt safe, as did the streets and beach.

The room feels outdated. The interior of the home needs a well needed refresher. TV had a few limited channels. And the water pressure for the shower and toilet was very low. So low, that it was unpleasant to take a shower, and the toilet seemed to never flush properly.

Awesome location, right next to all the fun stuff in Cancun. Also, very nice view to the beach. Easy access to the beach. Very responsive host.

Both elevators always had issues. I had to get off on a different floors and walk down the stairs to get to my room. Door lock on door not so secure. The back of the building part of the beach, it's constantly dirty with trash and beer bottles or cans. Seems to be a hangout with people sitting along the back wall.

The beach access closes at 6pm. I think 8pm would be a better time frame because it is not dark at 6 and people want to enjoy the beach later in the day. They do have cockroaches. Not a lot but definitely check your bags before you leave. The deck furniture was rust stained from the extremely old ac unit on the deck. The furniture should be reapolstered or replaced.

The beach access was great. Close proximity to a number of restaurants and activities. Wonderful ocean view from the balcony.

The kitchen was very small. Everything in the kitchen was old and kind of rusted. When we turned the air condition off, the whole room was wet. A towel we used got a stain on it, the charged us 30 bucks
