The vibe on the sports bar was too quiet and its a bit to small. maybe different activities through out the night would be great.

The Breakfast was great. perfect mix of different dishes. I really enjoyed it.

I booked an excursion through the hotel paid for it and then was charged again when we get to the excursion and then now I am dealing with trying to get my money back. My family member had her headphones go missing from inside of the hotel room and I have not heard back from the hotel yet regarding their investigation.

The staff was friendly, clean and well-maintained. The property was in a great location for the ocean. They have plenty of activities and things to do.

It was a great family all inclusive vacation! We have 2 boys and there was lots for the extrovert to do and it was also super easy for the introvert. The room had a balcony with a great view of the resort, beach and ocean! The staff were lovely.

The spa needs to allow for drop-ins. We didn't like being tied to an appointment time.

Room issues: Room had awful noise all night with a constant beeping coming from a power box. (Even after the issue was reported, the noise/beeping continously disrupted our stay. This was a huge disappointment. AC

Breakfast was great and very polite and very friendly staff across the entire resort.

The food wasn't good. Even at the restaurant. And being so far to the city taking an uber to get dinner adds up. You can't swim in the ocean - I wish someone told me upfront. Also there was loud music every day outside of the hotel.

The noises from the bands playing on the beach was so load you couldn't set on the balcony at night and watch the sunsets. And the dinner hours were later than we like to eat.

The convenience was great. The staff was very helpful. The pools were nice.

My feed back would be on the signage for restrooms not so visible or no maps around the resort as well the floors can be really slippery and the resort needs better air conditioning and more sitting areas around the lobby .

The property was clean it provided all amenities need the staff was friendly and organized.

I also was also very disappointed how they refused to give me shuttle service with my friends and family , while being a guest at the resort just because I hadn’t prebooked it with them. They wanted 35.00 American, while shuttle was empty. This to me is unacceptable and is poor service for the hotel. They also charge for the pool tables and other stuff in the sports bar?? Thought it was an all inclusive. As I said I’ll never stay at a Rui again.

It was clean and fairly new so it was a nice resort, I just found the food to be at par, wasn’t was I was expecting. Nearly half or more of our guests that were there for my son’s wedding got deathly ill with food poisoning including myself. I was very disappointed and not happy. I also found that some of the staff that worked the front desk and shuttle to be rude. The alcohol that is provided in our rooms tasted as I was drinking chemicals just awful! I’ll never stay at a RIU again myself, but this is just how I feel.

Lots of smokers on resort and on beach. Non-Smoking not in-forced. Non speakers not in forced. Employees seemed grumpy and put out!!

rooms are old and smell very bad, my view was a rooftop, hot lobbies and was told every room had a ocean view.

the food was not good. the sports bar food was disgusting you need to warm it up yourself in a microwave. the elevators take really long and no ac anywhere other than the room. our room ac broke. the toilet wasn’t flushing. the sink was clogged. the Pool water was super hot.

The elevators were super super slow and have not ac in them. They are very hot and with o air moving it makes it hard to be in there. It is not ok and people with certain health issues can suffer in those very hot elevators!

1)Elevator feels the is not enough so many people, take me 30 to go to lobby from the 7 floor omos every time i use, 2)pool need to some one move the people, bars pool people stay drinking for 4 to 5 hours never get out to go to the bathroom I don't know if they can holder the long, 3)kids pools olso stay to long on the water some kids wearing diapers with number 2 package already 4) need more stores to buy souvenirs good liquor because that one they give us is the cheapest liquor

I like the view, the area more private, security of the facility, and rooms are clean and comfortable

Upon Arrival, Rooms where not Ready. After checking front desk didn't give us any pool towel cards. The elevators didn't have any A/C. The wait time for an elevator was 5-10 min. Th3 food was horrible. The rooms don't come with any shampoo, cream, etc.
