Only thing I didn’t like was that the property didn’t have A/C. They didn’t have much kitchen utensils to make food, but they had enough to make something small.

What we liked about this property is the security they have around. We liked that the staff was friendly and always helped answer questions or doubts we had. They provided us fans to use to try to cool down.

we couldn't get beach access through our patio we had to go through a hallway door. the Amenities like water and coffee is NOT complementary you have to pay, it's not expensive but guest should get it for free for a nice welcome, like any other hotel. we had to drink wine from a paper cup because glass is not allowed in the jacuzzi area. Gps takes you somewhere instead of the exact location is kind of confusing how to get there.

The view was amazing from our room loved how we had a private seating area outside our room. Oscar the housekeeper was really warm and welcoming, always had a smile on his face. Will absolutely come back!!! a lot of great places for pictures. security on premises 24 hours makes you feel safe. cute little round pool NOT heated.. Jacuzzis were nice not to hot they will probably need new ones soon..

It's expensive, they ask for a high deposite and gave it back after a week. Some of the facilites are old or need to repair.

The room was great! Felt like home but your back door is the beach! Like literally! If you haven't sat in a hot tub on the beach at sunset you gotta stay here!

The hotel is going thru some renovations, and if you don't get the right room, you don't have direct access to the beach from your private patio, you have to walk down to it. Additionally, the room has a large kitchen and dining room but if you want to have guests over for dinner, then it's $35/person. We have friends that live in Rosarito and wanted to come visit/see our room one night, not stay, but visit for a couple of hours, and security informed us of this policy.

It's an amazing location, right on the beach but completely secure, which was the number 1 priority for my partner and I. It's well stocked, very comfortable and a really great location, you are just on the edge of the tourist zone but close enough to it that you can walk around. We really liked this place and as we plan on visiting Rosarito often, this is now our go to place to stay.

Heater in the room didn’t work. Back door was wide open when we entered. TV didn’t lets us watch without changing to some automated screen every 4 minutes. Security at night were not letting our taxi drop us off at the gate. They were rude telling us we had to walk from the street all the way to our room which was ridiculous..

Great space. Excellent water pressure with water that did not get cold. Great location. A little hard to find.

The water went out twice for a couple hours each time. Had to notify a staff man member to get it turned back on. I didn’t see any maintenance going on so not sure why the water was off. There are no amenities like food or mini mart, just a hotel. Food and drinks are walking distance. There is a $600 hold that they place on your card but mine was released the day after check out. Also they don’t have AC but there were ceiling fans in every room and high powered floor fans as well. Leave the window open with a fan blowing in the nice cool beach air and it’s better than any AC unit.

The beach access was nice. The private sand area directly outside your room was nice. Full kitchen was nice.

Better signs on the street side. It was a little bit hard locating the entrance since it was our first time staying here.

It was very clean, beds were comfortable, it was very private and we felt safe. There was a lot of security 24/7. And of course, we loved the ocean view!

We were only ones without an umbrella and chairs outside our room. I had to tighten the shower knob to get it to work. Receptionist was selective on information provided. Example: She told someone before me about being able to book directly next time but did not tell me.

Excellent location to the beach. Literally steps away. Enough room for a family of 4 or 5. Full size kitchen was very nice.

The hotel charged a $600 deposit fee and it is not posted on booking.com. They said they checked room and didn't tell us if anything was wrong. I took pictures when I got there, the shower faucet comes off easily, floors were chipped all over. Shampoo dispe ser had a crack. Then they took it out of my deposit. We didn't do any of these things because I also inspected the room and took pics when we got there. They said they inspected it and didn't find anything wrong. Never again. So they kept my deposit. Still fighting for it. And there is NO AC units in any of the rooms. And it was hot in rooms. They only have ceiling fans. One of the windows didn't open. The room door didn't lock.

I usually stay in the superior villa which costs a bit more so I tried the standard and the bathroom and kitchen could definitely benefit from an upgrade.

The property is very secured and you feel safe being there. The ocean view is beautiful and relaxing. I love that it is family friendly, usually come here as a couple and I brought my family along this time around.

No AC, so during the summer is extremely hot inside the villa. The jacuzzi needs to be reserved, the front desk failed to tells us that and we were kicked out of the jacuzzi. We got the s’more kit and the crackers and marshmallows were expired since 2023.

The place is very secured. Perfect for a family trip with kids. The staff walking around are very nice and accommodating. Security on site 24/7.

Fire pits should be a part of the amenities for each villa

It's a little expensive they charge for everything in the basket that they have in the rooms they charge an extra 15 dollars for I don't know what every day you stay there was a machine in one of the rooms it was making too much noise good thing I didn't take my kids or it would of been a problem. Because the machine was in that room way too loud and the jacuzzi the water was a little little dirty and the water in the pool was cold.
