The location is really central, but that means a lot of noise. I'm not talking about city noise, but more like a very loud club playing banging music till 4am. We were tired and slept through as we were only there a night, but if this is your full holiday and you're not about that lifestyle, it might not be for you.

Everything about the hotel itself is great, particularly the staff.

The hotel is right next to multiple extremely loud nightclubs that play music until 2:30am everyday, so loud that it vibrates inside the room.

The club opposite played very loud music until 3am, however the location is right in town. The breakfast was just toast and cake, which was quite basic but did the job!

The room was ready when we arrived at 11am and we were allowed to check in, which was amazing. The room was large and spacious with a cooker, fridge, freezer etc and we even had two toilets and two showers. The tv was a smart TV with Netflix. The rooftop was lovely with a pool and hammocks.

Mirror was broken inside, so it had spots that did not allow to see one's reflection, breakfast was always the same and not nutritional enough to start the day.

Service was exceptional, staff is always willing to help and answer any question at any time, beds were real comfortable, lots of appliances like microwave, coffee machine in room, eco friendly, bath tub with everything necessary for a bubble bath.

Everything was great, the only thing is that it’s close to a “club” that had music on until 2/3AM and we were in room number 1, so very close and we could hear the music all night.

Breakfast was very basic and we had to eat it in our room, but it was okay overall. The location is very nice and super close to the main street with bars and restaurants.

Opposite an extremely loud bar. Noise sensitive people shouldn’t choose the hotel. The breakfast setup is a bit too simple and is served just outside on a small table.

Unfortunately the bars across the street were very loud. It never kept me awake, but the music played well into the night. Just being some ear plugs!

The noise from the neighbouring bar was really disturbing. I hardly slept all night and wasn’t even on the street facing side of the hotel.

Don't stay there if you don't like noise when you're trying to sleep- the first night was spent in room no 1 on the ground floor across the street from two bars which are so loud that it is impossible to sleep even with earplugs - they are open every night and until 2/3am - I am aware it isn't the hotels fault but the noise level is awful! I changed to a room a little away from the front and two floors up and while the noise was clearly audible at night there too, it was possible to sleep well with earplugs so I was happier

The rooms are great and well equipped and everything was kept clean and neat - the staff were friendly and helpful, the place looks great and the pool was great! I used it and the loungers every day with joy!

However, the hotel is located in front of a discotheque opened every days of the week to 2:30 am. SO, you have to party or wear ear plugs.

As most reviews mention, quite noisy since there is a club right in front, but if you have a heavy sleep it's not a problem.

The only downside isn’t really the fault of the property, which is the noise late at night. Any hotel or condo in that area is going to have the same issue with nearby clubs and 5th Ave. It comes with being close to the activity. Hopefully they can find ways to better soundproof the rooms to help.

The hotel was very well located by 5th Ave, groceries, and everything you need. We appreciated the furnished kitchen as well as having a basic breakfast (fruit, pastries, coffee and tea) provided to start the day. Having two bathrooms was a plus and we found the beds comfortable.

As others have said, it was loud, especially because we faced the street. The clubs play music til about 2 am and construction starts in the morning at about 8 am. We didn’t mind the music all that much but we’re from a large loud city and I did use earplugs (my husband did not). We’re also night owls. I rather enjoyed the lively vibe from the music overflow. It brought the party to me when I was too tired to actually BE out. The construction noise was annoying but I should have been up at 9 am anyway. However, this is not the place for you if you need silence after 9 pm.

Great location, impeccably clean with beautifully minimalistic decor. Coolers of purified water are available. Our room had a kitchenette with sink, microwave, and good sized mini fridge as well as a balcony. Excellent shower with good water pressure and plentiful hot water.

The Provenza club across the street. I booked this room at Quinta Margarita knowing that it was going to be loud. And it was VERY loud. I tolerated it and overall I managed to sleep ok (with ear plugs of course). I made the decision to book this hotel because the club's activities is not the hotel's doing. It's unfortunate that the club was able to set up shop at this location but regardless, I have no regrets staying at Quinta Margarita.

I had room #6 which was very spacious. A loft for the bed and bathroom, and main level accommodating another bathroom, kitchen and seating area. Included a balcony overlooking Calle 32 and the surrounding area. Staff were very friendly, respected my privacy and the young cleaning lady was awesome! I appreciated the locked gate to enter the premises. Gave me a sense of security knowing that you needed a key to enter and they had security stationed at the front entrance after 10 pm. The interior court yard and it's wall mural is a wonderful touch to this property!

I’ve never had such a poor breakfast in a hotel. Breakfast is served on a table by the entrance with only few croissants, 1 type of bread, 3 different types of marmelade. Apples and oranges. No cheese, no eggs, no warm option, no yoghurt, no cornflakes, no cut up fruit, nothing Mexican,….. just bread. I can’t believe we paid extra for a room with breakfast. Utterly disappointing. You might as well as have breakfast outside. Also on the noisy side of the street until 2:00 am with strong bass.

Everything was great. Good value for money. Right off 5th Avenue. 3 minutes walk to the beach. Security day and night. Clean and very spacious rooms. Comfortable beds and overall great stay.
