In general everything was OK but now (2025) the hotel has an "extension" with new rooms and naturally more guests. It was a little a pitty that the quite place we remembered. Also, they should take into account the experts feedback that night shows in front of the beach (lights and music) can interfere the turtles activity.

This is the second time we stay in this hotel (2022 & 2025). It is clean, personnel is always open and ready to help.

Given the heat and humidity, a small fridge in the room would have been helpful.

Even though renovations and construction was going on, the quiet room that we asked for was quiet at the end of each work day. Loved the pools and the staff were wonderful. All of the restaurants surpassed our expectations.

After turning in my room. Staff made me pay for plastic that I had thrown away for the shampoo and conditioner. The staff didn’t tell me the shampoo or conditioner containers where part of the hotel and that I was going to be charged if I threw away disposable plastic. I stayed 5 days 1 night I had to call reception because I had no filled shampoo or body wash. I had thrown away the containers when receiving shampoo and conditioner I had told my situation to the gentleman that helped me, not once did he say I needed to keep the plastic. This was not a great experience the receptionist was a bit rude whispering to one another when I turned in my key and made me pay over $600 pesos for disposable.

The room service - food specifically- is terrible. It is a set menu and there is no wiggle room at all. The restaurants do not have room service and in general no “to go” either. In that I was disappointed. I hope they change this and offer room service from the restaurants.

The staff at the hotel were amazing! From the front desk to the consierge to the meseros by the pool to the room staff. I was taken care of very well in every way.

If they called you a taxi it was double the price than if you called them yourself.

Everything you need was right there at the hotel, it was like a resort, it also had security at the front making sure it was safe for all the guests. The towels were really fluffy.

the fact that there was no breakfast included deal. one room had a small poech but had a brick wall and construcion behind witch made nosie and lost of dust

The Internet could be better. It works well near the pool, but when I had to connect for work from the room, the signal failed constantly.

Excellent location, friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms with a creative design. The hotel has a good range of restaurants on site (all that we tried were excellent quality with competitive prices), as well as a Spa, nice pools and direct access to the beach. Quite frankly, one could spend the whole vacation without leaving the hotel and enjoy every minute of it.

The lose tiles in the pool, and are very sharp. The rooms are little dated, but seems they are doing upgrades.

It’s a great property with great views. The pools were great and pool service was great too.

The volume of the speakers for entertainment at nights - specifically the opera nights. Was hard to be outside and no way to sleep in rooms when that was happening.

Location away from center of city but still close enough for short taxi ride. Clean rooms, great restaurants, great pool and service at the pool was fantastic.
