Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Also, I really needed an iron and it was missing form it’s spot in the room, and it took me asking 3 different times to actually get one, after being promised the 1st 2 times that I would receive one. The beds were very comfortable, the room was big with air-con. The staff were very helpful and friendly and were happy to check us in really late! The location was amazing! It is slap bang in the centre of the city:) Great choice of fruit and dishes for breakfast!

United StatesWe didn’t know we had to insert the key card into an electronic thing on the wall in order to have power in the rooms so that was interesting for a bit. Also it looks fancy in the lobby but don’t expect them to take your luggage upstairs 😆
It’s a nice spot to stay at . Lots off good food, coffee, venders, bars all within 10 minutes walking in any direction . The room I got was pretty basic. No nice views of the church but it was clean and had an iron that my spouse was very grateful for. Parking is literally right across the street. We didn’t get to try drinks at the bar downstairs but it looks nice .

MexicoThe breakfast included with the room is too bad, nothing like the breakfast offered at Dega restaurant. It is served in a very tiny place (the bar) the personnel is very kind and helpful but the food is just terrible, the only tasty thing was a muffin with chocolate chips at the top.
