The room was outdated with broken doors, chipped walls, leaking air cons and the telephone didn’t work.

Beach very small and done personal women in front of the lobby bothering to much offering us time share we told her no I’m sorry we here have pleasure and fun. And she continue. Trying to sell us something she also told us they going to fired me if don’t buy a time share. That’s offensive for the guest. In the property

Just the room nice and clean Master toilet always was running water 💧 making noise and in top of the water was coming down from the ceiling from the top room in the master bathroom 😖

The room is small and very simple, especially the bathroom. It's not the kind of room you'd expect at a resort - it feels more like a budget hotel. However, it's comfortable and very clean. I was able to upgrade to an ocean-view room, and it was worth it. Waking up to that beautiful view was a highlight.

The beach is tiny, as described in previous reviews, but I walked the entire coastline from the hotel to Playa Langosta, and for a period with a high presence of sargassum, I can say it's one of the few hotels that actually clean their beach. Great breakfast!

Outdoor lobby- it's usually humid when you step out of your room unless you've been in the pool. The beach is low~ about knee height w low waves. Of the 4 restaurants 2 seems to be an actual restaurants, including the buffet, and 3 of the 4 restaurants are outdoor (humid). Electricity went out for few min to an about or or 2 a couple of times, but if you are enjoying the water, you won't even notice it.

I liked the layout of my room with 2-3 stairs from the hallway to the bed (2 twin bed)- somewhat spacious. One of my fav part was Starbucks and OXXO (convenient store) across the hotel ❤️. OXXO also has a food stand selling delicious taco and such. Both store and food stand accept card. Though they've got 4 restaurants, their buffet is good especially their fresh salad selections. They refill beverages (water and soda) in your room everyday and provide housekeeping every day from 10 am till 6 pm- and they do clean until 6 pm, so room may not be clean in a timely manner.

No issues other than the music around the pool is a bit loud if you wanted to relax but still bearable.

Great facilities, all staff were welcoming and friendly. Nightly entertainment which is nice to come back to after a day out/around the pool. Photos on the listing didn’t do the hotel justice!

I didn’t like about it is that some of the little room functions are older. Like the night light being broken on the room, glass and coffee cup that has chipped edges. But overall, it is very minor and I think for being all inclusive hotel. It is worth the price.

I liked that it is few minutes away drive from downtown Cancun, to mall and 30 minutes away from the airport. I highly recommend it for family and friends who just wanted to relax and chill. They have several activities throughout the day, everyday. Bingo, live bands, zumba workouts and beach ball games. Also, the staff were very hospitable, accommodating and attentive to your needs.

Housekeeping could be better and so too the food. Salads were labeled vegetarian but we're clearly not with sausage in some and tuna in a next. Usually, only one rice dish and sometimes it had ham in it.

The buffet food wasn’t to our liking- I think this is the only negative comment we had to say. There wasn’t much variations and it was mostly cold every evening.

Such a perfect location! Plenty to do and right by the beach. Easy to get to the tourist island by boat. Staff were all incredible- especially Ivan , uziel and drisdey. And they made us feel so welcome. Cleaning was very good too. Well worth the money for our stay😁

Had a bad experience in the buffet when we sat at a table and got up to get our food (leaving our untouched juice and coffee on table so they knew someone was using it) when we returned the waiter was holding our drinks and had seated some guests who he was fussing over at our table and directed us to another table

What I dint like was that they had few restaurants closed and they told me that one place was going to be closed tree days so i didn’t go to reserve anything for tree days, instead of saying that one was closed but they had more options, so for the misunderstanding we ended up having dinner at the buffet every night,but when an associate was there they opened everything, we stayed 7 nights, but because of the staff we could comeback.

This is one of the best kept secrets in Cancun. Food was awesome. Pools were clean. Entertainment was good. They always had activities. Great location in the hotel zone.

reception staff is not very courteous and a bit rude, waiters are ok not very welcoming... Zumba girl is really good but volleyball guy is arrogant and thinks that he owns the hotel :)

Need to install handrails to steps entering the pool and swimup pool bar areas…the swimup pool needs to be cleaned more often…mattress was very hard…should include premium drinks in the all-inclusive

Great location but this time their ocean access was a bit dirty. I preferred to travel out to other areas of the beach for the day. Food was good but it pretty similar each day. Our room was always clean and comfortable. The staff and bartenders were amazing! So kind and fun to be around.

The beds are much firmer than anywhere else we have stayed on our 30+ trips to Cancun area. The hot tub was not very warm and it was often not clean. Brown bubbles on the surface are not very pleasant.

It’s close to the Albatross area and ferry to Isla Mujeres.

The only entire issue was with the buffet, the employees are not well inform about items available. 1st day with the sussie I asked for Soy sauce and the person never came back to say, yes or no. Another day, do You hace bread, loaf or dinner rolls, later that I di find dinner bread, I told the lady, see! There Is bread available, her reply was, I thought You we're asking about sweet bread., I was asking her in front of the sweet bread when she had told me there was no dinner bread available. Another day I asked if the Rissotto had shrimp, he told us yes! It has seafood. I'm later I asked the chef and very rudely he replied, No, it's Rissotto not Paella. On the other hand Kudos to Juan in breakfast and Sergio on the dinner, excellent service from both of them. Also the Buffet is very repetitive and needs improvement. Also Ivan at the front desk, excellent service.

I like the location and It has a small but beautiful beach. We loved our room.
