United StatesAlthough we love the style and look of this resort it needs some TLC with touch up paint in many areas to include the details of there lobby painting. the paver walkway in-between the Blanco and the Rose (two resorts) needs to be replaced. it is very uneven and dangerous to walk on without holding on to the railing. they have 3 bars. But only one bar had seating. The pool bar stools are not there, you can only walk up and order a drink. No sitting at the bar counter. We love coffee, wish they had a coffee stand at sunrise.
The Pueblo Bonito Rose is a relaxing resort located on the beach. The sunsets and rise are breathtaking! It is walking distance to downtown Cabo. The staff were extremely accommodating to our needs and immediately helped us with a medical accident onsite.

United StatesThe main facility needs to have two new elevators around the sides, so you don't feel like your walking through a mouse maze for a couple of minutes. This applies to the upper floors. There are plenty of stairs, but most folks don't want to climb stairs to the sixth floor. PB has rules for towels and lounge chair usage, but they're not enforced. Pretty limited selection of liquor for the all-inclusive.
The property was beautiful and perfectly located at Medano beach. Beverages were readily available. The food was well prepared with a good variety. The pool was expertly cleaned daily and had enough lounge chairs around the pool. If we go back to Cabo we would likely stay here.

United StatesThe rooms are outdated for the price. I come to relax and enjoy my privilege of having a cocktail and a smoke. However, I didn't know it's now become an non smoking facility. I think you could have a smoking area for people like myself and not on a bench out by the driveway! By the pool and beachside would be pleasant. The buffet food could be hotter. The bread selection was hard and some old. I loved my server, Asral, and Carlos. My housekeeper was wonderful.

United StatesThe food could have been better and had more choices for us. There were not enough choices for people who don't eat meat (vegetarian + seafood). It was fun, at times, to have the music going, but there was no quiet time. Also, had to scrounge for seats, especially in the shade. We took a local bus to San Jose. It was easy and inexpensive, but the concierge had no information other than advice to take a taxi or tour.
The food was good, the room was nice, The location was beautiful. We enjoyed taking a boat ride out to the Arches. I had never done an all inclusive type a stay and it met my needs to have a relaxed trip. We wanted to go stargazing (the concierge had no information). United StatesSome things that could be improved, there were no docking connections for your cell, no blow dryer for hair and it took two days before we received hand towels and a bathmat. There were only four electrical outlets in the room so we had to be careful in charging our devices. Would have liked queen sized beds, but overall we had a great experience. We would stay here again. The manager said that the resort will be undergoing a remodel.
We had two adults and two children, ages 8 and 11. We stayed in a room with two full size beds. The location was fantastic and the view breathtaking. The staff at the resort was very helpful and extremely nice. The waiter even remembered what we drank for breakfast. The food was quite good. The room was very clean, and ours was located right next to the pool, which was very convenient. The pool is very large and the water is very pleasant as the resort adds warm water.

United StatesI wish the nicer restaurants didn't have an extra cover fee even for all-inclusive guests. The doors to the room were also very not-sound resistant and we could hear everything going on outside our door. Other than that, no complaints really.
I really liked the breakfast, friendly staff, location & proximity to the marina and bars. I stayed here with a group of girlfriends and we loved the resort. It's also very family-friendly. The beach was swimmable which was a huge plus for los cabos.

Loved being steps from a Swimable beach, staff were extra friendly (Adrian was so helpful and kind.) most customers had returned year after year & were also friendly & helpful… loved the activities love trying out the other resorts the bus that transported was in amazing shape and the resort on the cliff with the fabulous market (lobby) & incredible skybar …it was all so different but also amazing.

New ZealandThey only serviced our room on one day not both days. Weird that you’d have to sign off your bill after every meal when it’s all inclusive, is a bit annoying having to wave someone down when you’re done but maybe that’s standard? Kind of confusing which restaurants had up-charges but we didn’t get stung at all so was all good.
Beautiful pink building, grounds are well maintained. We got a good deal on the all inclusive which made it pretty good value. I liked the shuttle to the other resorts. Staff at this one were far more switched on and helpful than at the Sunset. Often they would forget your drink order but they were mostly good vibes.
