The elevator; since brand new but a little small for my taste. Used the stairs instead and love it every time going up and down enjoying the decor

Very pretty ,very clean. Stay at the Suite ; very nice set up and spacious. Love the location. Right at the middle of 5 th Ave , with restaurants and shopping super close. Couple of streets down access to the beach .

The place is really lovely!!! Its located in the main street, near restaurants, stores and ado bus station (20 minutes +- walking). Saul and all the staff is amazing!!! The buiding is very cute!

The electricity went down twice during our stay but it was no fault of the hotel, the whole street went down. It was a little bit inconvenient, but again, not the hotels fault at all!

Location was right in the thick of playa del Carmens tourist district, but surprisingly the room remained quiet. The hotel was a calm oasis in the chaos! Bed was comfy and the bathroom was clean :) Staff were really friendly and provided breakfast at a nearby restaurant which was also charming and friendly :) A great location for catching the ferry across to Cozumel and not too far from the ADO station (maybe a 15-20 minute walk) Would stay again :)

We stayed in this hotel for 11 days, On our 3rd and last night, power outage happened. This is the whole stretch of 5th ave. and some. The hotel doesn't have generator so waking up from the hot temperature in your room is not fun.On our 4th day our A/C stopped working and it might be the cause of the power outage the day prior. Julio was very considerate to move us to a different room for the night so we can have a comfortable sleep. They fixed the A/C but it happened again so We called Fernanda from desk and she helped us figure the A/C and it worked after that. We couldn't sleep in past 9 am as the staff are starting their routine clean on top of us and the floor we are in. It is impossible not to hear them, this is not a problem if you are an early riser but for us since we had a busy day everyday we want to get extra sleep before we start our day and it is hard to get to sleep in. If you have a fear in tight spaces, the elevator is not for you. Max of two people in medium built can fit there. if you have a big luggage like us.it is very tight for two people and a luggage hahha

First of all ,the staffs are friendly, special shout out to Julio, Fernanda ,Saul and another lady in the reception that I forgot the name. These people go way far and beyond to make your stay convenient. The housekeeping staff are amazing. the facility is clean. I like it very much that they have water dispenser in the lobby ,it would be better if they add additional one somewhere in the building or better if each floor has one ,We are on the 4th floor and we have to go all the way down in the lobby to refill our water bottles. Continental breakfast is nice but don't expect much from the tied up italian restaurant Lil'Italiano hahha that provided the breakfast, We asked for a replacement of another cup of coffee instead of orange juice as 1 small cup of coffee is not enough for us but they won't allow it. We have to pay extra if we want the coffee ,not much flexibility on that.haha

If i had yo gripe...it would be due to how uncomfortably hard the bed was.. At first I thought it was me but then my husband was complaining too. Also, the wifi was really weak and spotty. It was probably a good thing because it forced us to rest and disconnect more but I still need my wifi.

The location was perfect, customer service of the staff was exceptional, and the esthetics of the hotel was so unique and breath taking. Where they do the continental breakfast. The service is so great. You get 20% off if your order food. Shout out to Saul who always went above and beyond. We would go back and bring/buy a mattress topper.

Although the hotel is right next to a party street, the windows are really well insulated from noise, that was a very welcome surprise. The hotel courtyard is beautiful and I enjoyed the complimentary free breakfast at the restaurant nearby.

Low water pressure in the bath. Wi-Fi internet was unstable and slow at times. I also feel they could provide better soap and shampoo.

Breakfast is minimal but good. Clean, although a bit old inside. Staff are friendly. The price is good. Location is perfect. The water dispenser at the entrance is very helpful (although sometimes no cups). Garden-like design is beautiful. Great value for money.

We had a lovely stay at Mariposa Boutique Hotel. The location is absolutely perfect—right on 5th Avenue, close to great restaurants, shops, and a short walk to the beach. The hotel has a charming and cozy vibe, with beautiful décor and friendly staff who made us feel genuinely welcome. The rooftop terrace was a great place to relax in the evenings.

Small charming hotel right in the middle of town. Very old, but has old world charm. Clean rooms. You walk out the door to restaurants and shops all up and down 5 Ave. Very helpful staff.
