On the morning of our arrival the receptionist was friendly but her afternoon colleague was rather moody, for no obvious reason. The hotel is rather aged and perhaps quite affordable for that reason.

The hotel is close to the ADO bus station, convenient for going to Uxmal/Celestun/the airport. We didn't have breakfast in the hotel and neither did we use the pool, so I can't comment on that.

The breafast, even if eggs are prepared on the go isn't not very good. The orange juice isn't freshly pressed (I would rather have ANY fresh pressed fruit, but when in tropical countries I'm always amazed to get industrial fruit juice). That's basically all, book without breakfast

Big room, nice bathroom and space for putting your stuff. I don't know whther the rooms include a minifridge because I didn't see one on the pics when booking. I asked if there was a common fridge to put our water overnight and when we checked in, there was a minifridge, on a furniture that didn't seem to be meant for this. So I think they actually accomodated our request by installing a fridge temporarily in our room! 👌 Pool space is nice, parking lot perfect and it's like 10mn away from the cathedral with a very nice bar barely 2 blocks away

The bathroom fittings were old and shabby. Loud people in the corridors at 2 am.

Noone in the reception knows English Bathroom was old, not really clean and not really well maintained Everything in room was old (like 20+ years old) - furniture, closet, bathroom, etc. It really needs some renovation.

Location could be better if you want to walk to places, but it's only a short drive from the center of Mérida.

The size and cleanliness of the room was great. Parking on site was convenient. The kids had fun at the swimming pool. Staff was very helpful.

Towels were a little old but they were clean. Sheets were a little on the rough side but not uncomfortable

The pool was very well maintained. The room that I got was quiet as requested. The location was close to the city center.

Some of the rooms need maintenance and updating.

Good-sized rooms with fridge, coffee and small bottles of water provided. A very nice breakfast restaurant is on-site, and the pool and gardens are pretty. The hotel staff are very welcoming and attentive. It's about a 15-20 minute walk from the historical centre but a block from the ADO bus station, great restaurants and shopping.

The WiFi is useless in the room, unless you are by the door or in the corridor or outside near the pool.

WiFi connection was weak and disconnected frequently in the room. Couldn't refill water bottles, though they did provide two tiny bottles per day.

Nice beds that were made daily, including change of towels, air conditioning, steady hot water shower that heated up quickly and had good pressure. Very close to the central ADO station.

Wifi did not work in the room. They don't have laundry but there are options in the area.

Big hotel, close to city center (10 mins walk). Two cafes just across the street. Privat parking inside the hotel. Swimming pool to refresh.
