Beach front huge rooms in the center close to everything

The 2 TV’s in the queen size bedrooms by the house weren’t working properly so I suggest you bring your own fire stick or gaming system for streaming. The master suite is super dope but the tv above the bathtub didn’t work either.

The property is very beautiful. The view is exceptional. Waking up to the sun and the beach view is breath taking. The balance inside the house was perfect. It was a hot weekend but because we were on the beach, it never got hot inside the house with no AC. On the cold nights, we just closed the windows and it never got cold or stuffy in the house.

Trash cans not emptied upon arrival. Floors not swept upon arrival. Pictures made it look like 2 bedrooms with ocean view, not the case. Only one bedroom had ocean view. Small restroom had a stench that never disappeared. We left a day early.

The floors were dirty and in need of a good mopping, the drapes were broken on the patio doors, the screens on the doors were badly damaged. There was no parking for my second vehicle, I had a party of 5 adults and 1 Kid, so we drove two vehicles.

Parking situation not the greatest. Only 1 car can park in parking garage while the others have to cram outside. Cars can be parked behind you and the only way to have that guest move their car is by asking security to go knock on guests door to move car. Security guard was not attentive. neighbors were playing music extremely loud making our walls rumble from 10 pm until after 6 am even after asked to lower music; very disappointing. I recommend security guard make rounds through the night to make sure guests are not "partying" and disturbing other guests that are there with family and small children. Also, host was recording us while we were parking in parking garage. When asked why he was recording, he stated he was doing it to show the owner of the facility that the security guard was not present and not doing his job. Very strange work dynamics, made me the feel very uncomfortable upon arrival.

Cleanliness, location

Dirty floors, counters and linen had to be changed in one of the 3 bedrooms leaving us without the 3rd bedroom. Remote controls missing from master and 3rd room not able to utilize. Management had to be called multiple times to address issues. Hot water was not enough for 4 guests to shower. Jet tub slow to fill with water did not have enough hot water to make it enjoyable. Manager responded and spent enough time attempting to correct discrepancies that he should have just been a guest in our party. He did explain that they are just stating to pick up clients after the Fall/winter season and that may be the reason for the dirty environment.

Security staff from 2 shifts was very professional and courteous.
