The Wi-Fi connection was sometimes inconsistent.

The suites were spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The location was excellent, close to restaurants and parks. Staff was friendly and attentive, and the green wall and open design made the space feel fresh and relaxing.

The bed was not very comfortable. The pillows were lumpy. It didn't personally bother me, but the green wall is filled with birds' nests and be prepared for chirping from 5am onwards.

Great location for World Trade Centre. Friendly staff. Big suite. Good wifi. Nice area with plenty of cafes and restaurants. Natural green wall outside balcony brings a touch of nature.

I think the American breakfast they serve is basic (yogurt, slices of bread, apples and bananas). I think without much spending they could improve the customer experience. I did not care too much about this because each apartment has a full size fridge and stove. So you can store your favorite yogurt brands, prepare eggs, have tons of local fruits etc since a decent size grocery store is only two blocks away.

The hotel location is superb. Everything is close by: coffee shops, restaurants and groceries. Our room was super spacious and the facilities are well maintained. It has its own parking lot. So you can go from your car to your apartment safely.

There is no airconditionning or heating. We were there in December so it was a bit cold. Somebody was smoking on the balcony every day and night and we had this smell in our room which was supper annoying. The breakfast is quite underwealming. The kitchen is not well equipped. The rooms have carpet which is not very hygienic and there was a smell in the room that was annoying.

The rooms are old and old fashioned but very, very spacious and clean (thank you, Irene! ❤️). The water is hot. The rooftop is generous and quiet. The staff is super friendly. The location is good. It is surrounded by a nice park where people make sports, cafes, shops etc.

All was good for us... I haven't any complain. I just suggest a couple of extra warm blankets specially in auttum and winter time.

Everything, Rooms, location, all the building is clean and the decoration very modern and contempo. LOFT room is perfect to feel comfort and like home. All the staff is warm, kind and very nice in customer service. Great team !!!

Larger cups and glasses in the kitchen would be appreciated. Bed pillows are uncomfortable. The staff tries to be accommodating, but there are only one type of pillows available.

Breakfast was just okay. While coffee is fresh ground, the beans tasted pretty old. Expect the same thing every day for breakfast - cold cereal, selection of breads/pastries, waffles, yogurt, banana, apple, turkey, and cheese.

It's really a good place to stay and get relaxed, with a big table in the suite, we can have dinner together, and had a lot of fun here, really enjoyed. Staffs are warm hearted and helped me with my delivery, however, do hope they can speak english better then we can communicate better.

The room didn't stay very dark and we were bothered every time the automatic hallway lights came on and lit up the entire room. Also, the lights from the modem on the ceiling illuminated the whole room when lights turned off. Lastly, there was a sign in the kitchen saying they charged an extra fee to WASH DISHES. What? This is really unacceptable - are they going to start charging cleaning fees like Airbnb?? Cleaning fee for the dishes? Cleaning fee for the bathroom? Cleaning fee for making the bed?? And then they even have an envelope where you can tip your cleaning person. So you're going to charge me extra for cleaning a dirty dinner plate and then also expect me to tip your cleaning people??? This was enough for me to say that I will never stay at this property again. This is a hotel, I should not be charged extra because I actually utilize the amenities and services of the hotel.

We liked the apartment-style setup of this hotel which included a full kitchen, dining area, living room, etc. It was comfortable. We were traveling with our cat so we appreciated that they accepted animals for a small fee (200 MX pesos) and even had a utility area where we could put the litter box. Everything was clean and they arranged an airport pick up (big van) to pick us up with all our luggage (750 MX pesos since we had a lot of luggage). Staff was helpful and breakfast was included in the rate which was good before we traveled. Nice Italian restaurant across the street that delivered.

The lady in charge of the breakfast area was a bit rude. Seemed in a bad mood and watching over how much waffle mix used or anticipating things we were not doing.

The suite is very spacious and clean. Very comfortable. Definitely more than expected. The breakfast is simple but good to start your day.
