Hotel didn’t have a kettle for boiling water, also, there were several problems with electricity and the lifts during our stay. Hotel Only provided one small bottle of water (while most hotels provide two).

The staff was helpful and the location in the south of the city is great, there are convenience stores, small supermarket and pharmacy nearby. We had a malfunctioning hair dryer and the staff promptly helped and provided another one. The parking is free, although is valet parking.

The shower in our room did not throw enough water, the light on the mirror outside of the bathroom did not work. Also, we had noisy neighbors on the room beside ours and woke us up at 3am when they arrived, you can hear them laughing, talking very loud.

Very centric location, the rooms were nice, bed was comfortable, staff was friendly.

The facilities are old. This hotel has seen better times years ago. There aren't electric plugs available in the room.

I wish their wifi were much stronger and better distributed across the buildings. It's hard to do work when you need high speed internet and you don't get as strong a signal as you would need or like to.

I have always found the Pedregal Palace extremely valuable because it is SO CLOSE to everything I need to do. Everywhere I go, is in the southern part of Mexico City, so it really helps that it is located near the Ajusco.

First, I asked in the front desk for a cab which was $310.00MN, but the taxi driver charged $450.00MN and he just said I should check with the hotel, I did it, but in the hotel did nothing, they just didn´t care. Second, the cleaning personal came into the room without knocking, I was taking a shower and she came in to the bathroom too, I told that in front desk, but it seems they did not care because the next day again the person came in the room without knocking the door.

It was in a good location for my trip purpose.

Some things need to be updated or renovated . Specifically the bathroom. The finishes are old , the hair dryer didn’t work, could be cleaner . The staff was readily available and helpful to provide a new dryer, towels , etc . The hotel bathrooms need to be renovated for a better experience .

The wifi is good if you are relatively close to where the wireless location must be, but the truth is, you probably will want to go downstairs to the restaurant to get solid wifi. Which is fine, the restaurant is nice and so are the people who staff it.

I have written several reviews of this hotel which makes me a bit of a shill by now, but I pay on my own dime, so I guess I can say again that I really like this hotel. It's slightly older but it is really inexpensive for what you get around the area, and it is SUPER CLOSE to my job, which is something I really require.
