An error on Booking .com description caused problems

The lady at the reception desk who greeted me. Very bad attitude. She denied me the service trying to sell me something more expensive and that I didn't need.

The key to your room only gives you access to your floor, which is a great security feature, BUT if you have rooms with other family members on a separate floor is not so great because you cannot go see them unless you have them come meet you at the main lobby and take you to their floor. I did end up requesting to be on the same floor so I could help my elder parents in their room.

The breakfast included in the room we selected was great. The rooms were very nice and clean

It's as if there was no hotel manager, and nobody supervises the work done by the staff, The elevators have so many greasesy hand marks on them, The aisles haven't been vacummed in weeks maybe The room's floor was dusty (my socks would get so dirty) There was a long hair in the sink (I'm bald) The toilet seat didn't have the traditional paper wraping that says that it's sanitised (I cleaned it with toilet paper and the paper came out dirty) The shower floor had stains There was no mat for when you come out of the shower They recycle the coffe from yesterday I'm not sure the water in the big purified water container is actualy purified, it tasted funny.

The room was extremely small! There is no room for anything. Bathrooms are just as bad Overall the whole place was small. If you are a family of 4 or more you may want reconsidering staying here. What was surprising was ti here that they belonged to Fiesta Inn chain. I dislike writing bad reviews, and I try to find a little good about a place, but I could not in this place. Now I am referring to the place and not the staff. Everyone were nice, friendly, and helpful.

There was not much of the place I did like. I travel a lot and this is the first time I have stayed in a place that I was not happy.

The food was not that good. Coffee terrible. The sink and shower were clogged. There is no iron in the room. You have to ask for one at the front desk and leave your ID. Water took long to warm up, and AC could not be set to a comfortable temp. T.V. at first was loud, then it lost signal. After someone came to tell him the issue, he explained what buttons to use. Still, after volume was too low. Rooms don't get daily cleaning. You have to request housekeeping. Room size is very small, with no drawers or places to set your luggage. For one person is fine but two not so much.

I like the staff very nice and the fact that they have security before entering the parking lot. Made it feel somewhat safe. Also, if you asked them to check or help you with something in your room, they would do it ASAP. Location wise, it was 10 to 15 minutes within my places to visit frequently, so Uber or taxi was not more than 6.00 dollars, including tip.

The hotel charges 200 pesos to get you a taxi. You can literally walk out of the hotel and get your own and save the 200 pesos. I know that it is common practice in Mexico to charge for this service, but...

I didn't have so much trouble with the hotel as I did with Bookings.com Bookings for some reason has decided that I needed a handicap room. This caused the hotel to charge me more money for a service they did not offer. Bookings, I will not being using Bookings in the future.

The rooms are tiny, my aunt had a walker and could not get past the bed. The first room they gave me a key to was already occupied. The hotel was further from airport than listed. The bed and pillows were single and very uncomfortable you could hear a lot a noise from outside.

I did not have time for breakfast/ rooms were clean.

The room could have been bigger, not enough towels for a four person room, the pillows were like throw pillows small as where the beds. You could hear all the noise from outside and the first room they gave me was already occupied.

Did not stay for breakfast, however the hotel room was clean but very small and could hardly get my luggage in.

Staff were very curt. We made our reservation through Booking.com. Website said the hotel is pet friendly. When we tried to check in, staff said pets are not allowed. Staff were not pleasant or helpful in addressing the situation.
