We had a standard lagoon view room and the mattress was awful!! We requested a mattress topper and the staff happily put one on and made the bed much much better! The room itself does need some updating for sure, but overall a great spot considering the price. After all, you don’t stay in your room on a holiday to Mexico!

Amazing amenities such as the pool and beach with great lounges, bar access- amazing vibe! Good location if you’re there to party. Just a 5 minute walk and you’re amongst all the clubs and bars!

I choose the best option on booking but hotel only released the 1st floor room. It would be little bit noisy during music time of bar downstairs. If higher level require more money should let customers know that before check in/reservation.

The hotel room is clean and location is good. Safety is great for guests.

Had to ask multiple times to bring up extra towels as we were 3, not 2. Wouldn’t bring up a 3rd water bottle. Had to leave ID to use pool towels. No smoking area anywhere on the property.

It’s fine. Seems like more of a place for spring break. Probably wouldn’t stay again but if you’re into being close to the clubs then it’s perfect.

The AC wasn’t going lower than 25 which is 76F. The room was hot, and the fan kept blowing.

The music on the left pool was very loud (in our opinion).

We stayed for a couple nights and really enjoyed our stay. The staff was really nice, we had a big room with an absolute stunning view of the ocean. The hotel seems a little run down (water stains in the bathroom, sliding doors hard to open/close, but it was spacey and absolutely fine. We really liked the pool, there were always sunbeds available. Also, the hotel is easily accessible from the airport plus it‘s only a short walk to a big supermarket and the ferry to the islands.

The location of the hotel is amazing. Our sea view room was spacious and comfy. The facility is a little dated but nothing major. Would consider staying here again.

The music at the Beach/ pool area was extremely loud. Even if we loved the kind of music it was annoying because we had to scream at each other in order to understand us.

Perfect location at the beachfront. We shared a room with 4 people. The bathroom was a bit small but the room in general was spacious. We had the most amazing beach view. There is a security in front of the drive in and you couldn’t enter without a wristband. We felt safe all the time. You get free pool and beach access with beach beds and towels. I would definitely recommend staying in the hotel for a few days.

The room was large enough for the three of us staying there but it lacked furniture. The fitted wardrobe was in the bathroom, which although strange, was not an issue, as there was enough space for our clothes. The main room itself had plenty of space for a chest of drawers or a dressing table and chair, which would have been helpful to make the stay more comfortable. A table and a third chair on the balcony would also have been nice, as this prevented us spending any time on the balcony to admire the lovely views together. Although the hotel is well used by a mixed age group and had a very relaxed atmosphere, this was a bit spoilt all day by the very loud music blasted out by multiple speakers by the pools and beach all day.

The location is excellent. The infinity pools are beautiful and the private section of beach and free bean bags, umbrellas and sun loungers, make this hotel an ideal spot for relaxing during the lovely sunny days. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

What had been described as a hot tub was a major disappointment after very long journey. It is a cold jacuzzi bath. The hotel says this is clear on their website and expedia and booking.com misrepresent it as hot tub. Has apparently been complained about by previous guests

The guy at reception called Jesus was rude: when we arrived to the gate the gate guard didnt see our booking on his booking list, and we saw the list and our booking was not on there, after he called the reception then he was able to let us in, we waited a while by the gate and didnt understand why we couldnt just go in and handle it in the reception since the booking was clearly on the email we showed the guard, we mentioned this at the reception and instead of just apologising, Jesus started to say that the guard cant read and didnt go to school, we clarified that we saw the list and we werent there, but he just kept saying that the guard was dumb, very weird and rude. Also, it says that this is a 4-star hotel but its actually 3-stars
