How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.

There was too much noise at night. At kept listening to this nightclub music. I had a room at the first floor. Had to turn on the tv to be able to fall sleep.
Very good room, good breakfast and great shuttle service. They came to pick me up at the airport at 1 am. Best choice close to Guadalajara Airport.

Some of the grout needs updating in the tile work in the bathrooms, but otherwise the property is extremely well maintained.
Stable staff proving excellent service, and all the amenities and services that a client would want or need.

I wished we could open the windows in the room as it got a bit humid and stuffy as the a/c went off by itself during the night

There's no Ventilation in Toilets even with exhausts running it was already stinking . Hope they can p4ovide a better coffee vending machine in room

Is nothing I didn’t like about this place.
Super clean, looks like brand new place. Location close to public transportation. Good nearby restaurants, shopping and nightlife. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Will book again.

I can't think of anything I did not like of the hotel!!
I always stay at the novit in colonia napoles in df when in business or taking a flight back to the states. I like that it is centrally located and the facilities are clean and personnel is very friendly. I like the fresh smells of the hotel always...

I recently stayed at this hotel during a business trip, and I can't recommend it enough! The staff are incredibly friendly and go out of their way to make you feel welcome. The entire property is spotless, with comfortable rooms that make it easy to relax after a long day. And the food is absolutely delicious – it's clear they put a lot of thought and care into their menu. It's the perfect place to combine work and comfort.

Customer service is really good. I liked the atmosphere and space of the rooms. I travelled with 2 kids, they loved the indoor pool. It is located at a good location with lots of restaurants around.

Room with enough space, comfortable beds, and a great gym. The gym is small but has everything you could need, the machines are very advanced and new, and they include routines that can help make the best out of them.

The main bathroom area needs a door for privacy to separate the bedroom & bathroom. Also, maybe an extra chair or bench.
I booked a nine day vacation for myself & elderly parents in a room with two double beds. We arrived at night after check-in & there was no issues. The room had plenty of space for us & our luggage. The bathroom area has no door for privacy just the glass shower door & door for the toilet room. The room air conditioned & worked real well when needed. Barely any noise at night & during the day. We could have used one extra chair for sitting. I requested extra pillows for both beds & they satisfied my request prior to arriving. The staff was excellent in the mornings & late night - we were out of the hotel almost all day everyday. The staff went above & beyond in assisting my mom who needs assistance walking and they let us borrow the hotel wheelchair while we stayed in the hotel which was just a life saver to make my mom comfortable. The location was great for all your needs plus they have a car port in front of the hotel to wait for your transportation which makes it easier when using an Uber. I was very pleased with this hotel & staff.
