Beautiful stylish hotel. Clean! We had a lovely pool view suite. The atmosphere was quiet and relaxing. Delicious American breakfast. Kids club was wonderful - they offered fun activities for children everyday and caregivers were so sweet and kind especially Michele!

Guards were overly cautious. I understand security around the ocean is important but they need to find a better way to communicate safety concerns w guests. I felt kinda attacked even when just sitting on the beach and enjoying the view.

If there is one thing to say it’s a bit far from other things around and you can’t book an Uber to get out of the hotel. Only their taxi service.

I think the pool food menus could have a couple more common options (french fries, pizzas, etc.) - good sun/drunk food. A very small comment for an exceptional stay.

You get your own personal concierge. The hotel is stunning with three different pools, including an adults only infinity pool. The food is delicious and shockingly affordable, as are the drinks.

While the staff is super nice, they can be a bit pushy. Also if you smoke there’s only two places where you can as it is prohibited on the whole property.

Amazing, the hotel is so beautiful, rooms are huge (We took the two double bed one, and it was perfect !) The food is so good, especially the Nobu food.

My personal concierge was the best, Rigo did an excellent job honestly. But the front desk supervisor wasn’t the best, I had an issue the first day and she wasn’t the right person to handle it. Hospitality has to be handled very carefully and she did not do the right thing. It was my honeymoon and a full day has passed by with nothing but staying in the room due to the frustration they have caused.

Facility is amazing despite the location being a bit out of the town but it has all what you need and I think its the best of the recent hotels

During my stay at Nobu Resort Los Cabos, I had a rental car, but the location was so far from everything that it caused a lot of issues with my scheduling. The distance made it harder to plan activities or explore the area, and the time spent driving took away from the overall experience. It also felt like things were constantly getting messed up because of how far everything was, making it frustrating to enjoy my time there.

I appreciated the clean, modern, and sleek aesthetic of Nobu Resort Los Cabos, which aligns well with my love for minimalist design. The resort's use of natural materials, neutral colors, and simple yet elegant lines provided a calming and sophisticated atmosphere, making it a perfect fit for my design preferences.

Too far from the airport and town. Also, transportation options are incredibly limited and over priced. We felt like we were stuck at the resort. For that reason, we probably will not be returning to Nobu :(

That the service in the beach and breakfast place were slow and always out of the stock of the meals we wanted.

That the management helped to solve our problem. Thanks for manager Vanessa who took care of us is the proper way and let us enjoy the rest of the stay! The nobu restaurant service and food as well were excellent!

Far from Cabo town, inability to swim in ocean, limited nightlife, some prices were far higher than typical luxury resorts. We were also a bit put off by check in which was extremely slow and included a sales pitch to tour their residences property. Not a great first impression! Some of our friends waited over an hour to be checked in and then again for their luggage to be brought to their room. It’d be better to simply say rooms aren’t ready for early check in and allow people access to their bags to change and wait happily with cocktail in hand by the pool.

Beautiful property, great food, attentive staff. The namesake Nobu restaurant lives up to the hype. The architecture is striking with various spaces to relax or socialize with your group. M Bar at the residences offers a great after dinner spot for drinks.
