Air conditioning was horribly loud, too loud to sleep in. If it was turned off for the night (which was a must to sleep), the room got hot and humid by the morning. Loud music from nearby night club until about 1 pm.

Great location just at the beach, beautiful views, good facilities at beach. Polite staff who all spoke English at some level.

There were some very minor maintenance items in the room and at the hotel, but for the price/value it was easy to ignore.

The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, kind, and sweet. Everyone at the hotel seemed genuinely interested in our enjoyment, comfort, and experience. They went out of their way to handle several requests around food allergies with the upmost kindness. The location is superb - the ocean view from the balcony is exceptionally rich in color and depth, it was absolutely breathtaking! I really can't put into words how beautiful the beachfront is at this vantage point.

there was a leak inniur bathroom but staff made an effort to make up for it. We were transferred to a different room and was offered some freebies. They called and checked us everyday as well.

The television in our room was not working great The picture was very fuzzy. The staff sent a repairman, but he couldn't fix the problem, so for 2 days we had to watch a fuzzy picture screen. The elevator and hallway were hot and stuffy I get that there was some building maintenance Very disappointed

For it to be considered ALL INCLUSIVE the pools should stay open later than 8pm and the bars open later than 6. Some of the staff we very rude and some were so pleasant that I would only speak with them. Marco at check in was the best and he was very courteous.

The cleanliness the property smells sooo good, the access to the beach was great and if you like to party your where everything is at.

We had gotten late check out to sleep in but our experience was ruined by housekeeping knocking on our door 7 different times. SEVEN!!! I told each of them that we had late checkout and had informed the front door and yet it kept happening. It made the late checkout completely pointless and we didn’t even have time to complain about this to the reception as we had to get to the airport. If someone’s getting late checkout the staff should be informed

It was very impersonal and the hotel has obviously been dealing with large numbers of guests and unfortunately provide a conveyor belt service..the food is just average and the drinks were nearly undrinkable in the bars .the price for poor drinks was outrageous and they were just thrown at you from the various bars..rooms are very dated ( haven't changed since 2015 or 2010)..actually very little in the hotel has changed since 2010 except the standards for the worse

First day we arrived we went straight to the restaurant outside by the pool and the servant Isabelle, was rude. Gave us attitude and was very unpleasant.

Unfortunately, check-in was very long/tedious. They didn't have the particular room set-up that we'd booked, so we had to change slightly. They moved us to a beach view, which was nice, but we had to pay an upcharge. The rooms were still adjoining, but the doors between were locked and they couldn't seem to find the key. They ended up sending maintenance to jimmy the lock open on both doors. Of course then we couldn't actually close the doors or they would be locked again....not that it really was a big deal. Then we had to return to the front desk about 4 times to get the wristbands & door key cards to work properly. The 1st 2 mornings we were awoken by loud banging above our heads - the roof - as we were on the top floor. I guess there were repairs going on. Not that we really needed to sleep all that late anyway, since we wanted to get our day started, but still. The AC would not go below the original setting of 22c. Which was okay during the day, but at night we would have liked it to go down a bit for sleeping. Someone was sent to check it out, and he did go up into the space in the bathroom and supposedly do something, but the air still never dropped below 22c. The shower was a nice size, but had no shelves or alcoves to put your items. And no bench or something you could put stuff on or your foot for shaving. Not a big deal exactly, but annoying. I would also recommend a better door on the shower so as the water is not sprayed all over the floor.

Everyone was very friendly. The food was good. Since we did the all inclusive, we had access to the small fridge in our room with drinks, which was nice. The pool was great and had a very nice view right onto the beach. Fun activities around the pool. Beach access was very easy and had readily available showers for a quick rinse off. Really liked the seating areas along the beach as well.

The food at all the restaurants was bland and lacked seasoning. Also if you paid for all inclusive you can only have alcoholic drinks at the restaurants with food.

The breakfast was the best part of the stay, the rooms were large and spacious and very close to the stripe. It’s very family friendly, lots of children around!

The liquor quality and food quality can be better some restaurants are good but overall i feel the liquor and buffet especially can be better but with the price you spend on the rooms there’s a super market like 3-4 minute walk that sells liquor and great restaurants outside and walking distance Incase you dont want to eat and drink on the premises

Ceiling fans in the rooms would help tremendously with the heat.Having people heckling guests about signing about Time shares. Wasted 3 hours of our stay.
