Super location, peaceful and large appartement and ideal for finding our feet after long plane travel from Europe. Our appartement was right by the swimming pool and we loved that. Good tips from our host regarding shops and restaurants.

I can’t think of one thing.

I loved everything about the property. It’s right near the beach, and it’s at the quieter end of downtown, so it was perfect for us. We never heard any neighbors the entire time we were there. I was there with my daughter and we each had our own room and bathroom and it was just perfect. Lucas is an amazing and responsive host.

Would have liked a kettle but the gas cooker had plenty of rings which easily facilitated boiling water in a pan.

Lucas was an excellent host and the apartment was spacious and well equipped. The location was near to lots of restaurants and bars and beaches but at a distance that was nice and quiet in the evenings and nights.

Lucas the host is very nice and welcoming. He has explained me exactly how to get to the apartment in advance and also how to get to the central station to get the bus to the airport. Moreover he has been waiting for me until 22:00, even though I should have arrived before. The apartment was very convenient, big and with air conditioning in both rooms. The location is perfect as it is close to the beach, the center, but in a quiet street so we could get rest perfectly

Great location to start a road trip and ‘land’ in Mexico. Host goes out of his way to help: much appreciated. The kids enjoyed the pool and beach, hence so did we. The house is also far enough from the worst tourist traps :-).

The oven didn’t seem to work and not all of the hobs worked during our stay.

The properties location is fantastic. Quiet area but close to lots of amazing restaurants and a big shopping street. The host is very helpful and the area feels very secure

Location right at the beach and close to many shops and restaurants. Off street parking was very handy as you otherwise must pay for parking in central Playa del Carmen. We took the ground floor apartment, which had a patio with direct pool access, which was great for the kids. The host very kindly was flexible with the check out and occupying the parking spot as we did not fly out until the evening.

It is a huge apartment with a great terrace with a pool view, two big bedrooms and a spacious kitchen and living room. The owner was very helpful with all the information what to do, where to eat and what to see in Playa del Carmen. He also provided us with water in the appartment so we didn’t have to buy it. He also helped us with ordering a taxi for going back home which was very helpful.The appartment is on a great location,just 3 minutes from the beach and 5 minutes from famous Quinta Avenida. It is very comfy and safe place to stay in Playa del Carmen, I highly recommend it!

There are 3 units for rent, but pictures for all of them which is confusing. Find out which unit you are getting. There is no elevator. We were on the ground floor which is about 8 stairs up. There is no hairdryers, ( although Lucas gave us one to use for our stay), no clothes iron although we bought one and left it in the unit. You must pay cash in pesos for the unit when you arrive, which you must be prepared for. We were, but others may not be. It would have been great if there were beach chairs, umbrellas to use or rent from Lucas as the beach is close by. We were there for a month, having them would have been nice touch. We did use the Encanto beach club a few times, which was good. Having some blankets for the beds would be nice. Just a sheet, but was good most of the time.

The 2 bedroom / 2 bath was in a great location, just 2 blocks off 5th avenue and 1.5 blocks from the beach. There are lots of restaurants and shops within a few blocks. A large Chedraui grocery store is within a 14 minute walk. The Las Brias complex has 4 buildings surrounding a swimming pool and large palapa. Our condo was located on the ground floor and had a large terrace, complete with hammock and patio chairs. The suite was very spacious with large bedrooms, bathrooms, well equipped kitchen and living room. Each bedroom had air conditioning. (* Note there are 2 other units for rent on the 2nd / 3rd floors). Our property manager, Lucas was responsive and easily contacted using WhatsApp, if we required any info surrounding drinking water, transportation, cleaning, laundry, restaurants, etc. Please note to bring mosquito repellent with you or purchase some while there. They exist in the area.

A large and luxurious apartment with a wonderful view of the pool. The location is excellent, 3 minutes to the beach and 3 minutes to 5th Av. In the morning there is a wonderful view of the rising sun through the palm trees. We are travelers from Slovenia, without a plan and luckily we met the host Lukas, who deserves all the praise. He helped us with all the tours, excursions, beaches, restaurants and further destinations we need to visit. If you have the opportunity to book this accommodation, I highly recommend it.

No shampoo; we had our own one so it was okay. Electric kettle doesn’t work, so we boiled water in a big pot to make a coffee in the morning.

Nice location; you can walk to the main street and the beach. Very clean and quiet house. Beds are comfortable. 3 TVs with Netflix :) Sunrise view was so great.

Excellent location!. Really closed to the beach, restaurant, and many other attractions. Lucas is such an attentive Host and took care of us so well. The apparment is well care and spacious, we enjoyed our stay at Marisol Beach and took advantage of Lucas's restaurant recommendations. This is a family friendly place.

Would have liked bedside tables, even if just small stools. Suggest getting bedroom curtains that cover the window so light doesn’t get in (though I wore a face mask so that solved it). No where to leave bags after check-out.

Huge, modern apartment. Great location for the beach, nice restaurants and more chilled out side of playa. We’ll equipped kitchen. Good bathrooms and comfy beds. Free water. Lucas is extremely helpful. For what we paid, extremely good value.

Finding the entrance was slightly confusing - the name written on the entrance to the hotel was "Las Brisas" and not Marisol Beach. The cab driver didn't know of the place but dropped us around where the GPS told us to be and even a concierge at the hotel across the street didn't know of Marisol beach when asked. Shortly thereafter Lucas, the owner, arrived and then everything was all good. He was very nice and accommodating once we found each other. One other small thing - we could've used more blankets, only a sheet was provided.

The condo was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. It was a great place for making day trips to the beach as well as the local shops and street life, both of which are only a few hundred feet away. The balcony was awesome!! Lots of chairs and a great spot to unwind at the end of an action-packed day. Nice showers and bathrooms and a great kitchen, it even had an automatic lime juicer - many margs were made! The beds were 2 kings and they were very comfy. Wifi worked well.
