The Owner Joseph was extremely nice and very helpful, the manager Edwardo was very helpful when I needed help, two very good and professional Men. The location is far from the center of things, but when you figure out the bus schedule it's great 👍

Amazing building, straight out of 1930s glamour Hollywood! The pool was super cool as well. Rest was updated at various times and tired but who cares - the bed was fine.

A nice neighborhood hotel between the airport and town. Very nice grounds to sit and relax. Convenient to the collectivo into town.

They were doing some construction work which was quite loud but as I was only staying one night it wasn’t too much of an issue

The building itself is really beautiful. My room was big and the the bed was comfy. The room and en-suite were clean and the shower was hot and powerful. I only stayed one night as was transiting in Cancun so the location being near the airport was ideal.

Everything, place is dirty, stinky, bed sheets dirty, no water. Not recommended. Staff don't speek English. Ask to book taxi we were waiting an hour till came. Taxi was booked few days in advance.

The pictures do not match what you find when you arrive My taxi driver and I struggled to find the hotel late at night ,we were driving in circles and luckily managed to spot the property number as there were no signs marking the hotel. The gate was closed, and all lights off , I had to call out loudly for assistance as their reception was closed. I had previously informed then that I would be arriving late. I asked for water and was given 1 glass of water. Luckily, I had an empty water bottle I asked them to fill as they did not sell bottled water , I was also given no WiFi passwords and did not want to wake them up again to ask for the password. It would be great if they had the password written on something in the room.

Rather remote. False advertising on the name bed & breakfast. I did a special request even and there was no breakfast. I also asked for a late check but I was told no even after I received confirmation. The shower area should be cleaned and direction of water hot cod should be identified.

Says bed and breakfast but there’s no breakfast available or much of anything else. No sidewalks and very little else close. Also no English spoken. I walked two blocks along the road with my bags to catch a local bus to central Cancun. Fare was 60 cents vs the $30 I had paid to get there!

Fairly clean and a low price. Only suitable for people with car or budget for cab. It actually appears to be an old mansion that probably predates Cancun with some other buildings added on the grounds for guest rooms.
